You will definitely need a grabber , to pick up dropped items ( don’t know the medical name) a device to put on socks , plenty of ice packs and plenty of patience. I didn’t get a lot of sleep the first month… just listen to your body and go slow
That looks like a n actual hip replacement. The last video that clamed to show a girl making a hip replacement was making a prostetic for above the knee amputees. I was like, "What the what?!"
I’m 54 and it will be 1 year on October 9th from my posterior total right hip replacement .. I’m at 85% but huge improvements from before surgery
