THANK YOU for the Notion template, wow! great work! I personally prefer making my thumbnails and titles after editing the video. Maybe that’s backwards, but it works for me.
Thanks for sharing the love! And that's exactly how I did it before. The reason I moved it up is that now the Title and thumbnail become so linked with the first intro of the video... it tells the viewer directly what to expect. Engagement and view duration has increased ever since! :)
But, everyone at their own pace! Do what makes sense to you, because only that workflow will work 😄
