i tried that program for a while and it worked very well. i hdb mastered a few songs but from yesterday it doesn't do anything anymore every time i want to master an mp3 music file it says wait a while and then you wait then it doesn't work anymore I do have an accountant. I hope you can help me gr M
It’s great if you are working on your mixing and mastering skills. Side note: a bad mix won’t sound great when mastered. Mastering isn’t a magical thing that instantly takes your song to the next pro level. Focus first on your mixing skills (lot’s of tutorials available on RUclips) and you’re good to go. Mastering is the final 1 or 2 % of the total sum of the song.
Definitely worth a try my friend. You won’t necessarily get as precise control and sound as you’d get maternity yourself, but if you want a quick way to get a competitive master, this seems pretty great. 👍

But then again, the more settings available, the more fiddling we do, the more uncertainty as to what sounds best, .... Maybe this type of few options, few clicks, quick result mastering could be best for many of us amateurs at the end of the day? I tried somme too and there is a common problem with them. On my songs I play real acoustic drums. After finishing my mix, when it’s time to master, it’ like that boosting the sound, the drums’ sound is not boosted as much. So it’s like I’m loosing a bit of it. The app that I prefer for the moment, is Final Touch. I use mainly its Dynamics and Maximazer modules. Thanks for your comments Pete.
Hey there my friend. I haven’t come across exactly this issue with my masters but understand what you’re saying. Most presets tend to hype the treble and push things like guitars and vocals up through multi-band compression and EQ settings. You might need to tame this by even boosting some bass frequencies?
Collect, organise, share (obviously lol), trim, re-name, convert and normalise audio and also has fade in/ fade our options. And you can also record with it. These are some of the main features I can think if, hope I didn’t forget something (maybe I should add it can of course also play the audio lol). IMO a must have if you’re doing anything musuc related on iOS but even if you’re not then it’s still super handy to keep or share audiofiles. It can even save/share and even play MIDI files btw.

It's true. Hard to determine the quality of a master when one is just "louder".

You generally want to master the entire song, otherwise you can end up with a track that is clipping (volume too high).

I’ve tried LANDR and it’s not bad. You do need to pay for a full resolution WAV file.

This is just pumping up the high level to zero decibels adjustment, not actual mastering so to speak, which can be done easy in most music daw's .
Most of these automated mastering options do actually use some other compression and EQ. But yes, limiting is the main thing here.

Check out BandLab mastering, it offers 4 separate master settings and Absolutely FREE 😁❤
I’ve tried it out and it seems pretty good. For some reason the masters they provide are only 16-bit however.
