I am regretful that I don’t understand correctly the meaning of the dance, but I remembered having seen the other day another video with this lady being upset and waiting for someone. Because of that, this video is a continuation of that story in my mind. Her husband FINALLY comes home, only to find her very angry. ‘I waited for you. The food I cooked for you is cold already. Where have you been? I was worried sick. No, I don’t want to hear any excuses. I am leaving you’. (She leaves walking slowly, though, hoping that he might persuade her to stay 😁). Never mess with an angry woman. Especially if she loves you.
Still in awe that how can you express the emotions with such precise and timed expressions, like when to smile and when to act angry and the movement of eyes. I don't have words to express the beauty in you and your dance ma'am.

The word 'Name' is derived from 'namah' which means 'bending towards'.
Calling one's 'Name' makes a person bend towards you when you call him / her.
When 3 out of 10 Gods were given the same beautiful name as 'rAma', we needed
adjectives to distinguish among them like Raghu rAma, Parasu rAma and Bala rAma.
I never object to calling a person by the name.
What I object to are the prefixes ( dEi, dA) and the suffixes (pOdA, vAdA, dhadiyA, madayA) etc.
Actually calling by one's name is supposed to make a person happy and pleased.
Why else will we have sahasranAmam for each and every God and Goddess?
Respect must be given to whoever, whenever and wherever it is due.
Intimacy does not mean being disrespectful.
Even after all these explanations, the real message is not understood then "Be it so".

The first time I am listening to a jAvaLi in Tamil.
The word 'raa' used in Telugu songs means the same as the word 'daa' in Tamil songs.
Somehow the Telugu 'raa' does not sound as lacking in respect as the Tamil 'daa' does.
Can a girl who wants her love affair to be made public, address her lover thus in the public?
Even though the abhinayam is perfect as usual, I could not enjoy this song as I usually do! :(
Girls of our generation call our husbands like that..so we can enjoy this song even if you can't..There is no point in respecting a husband in a way that you can't even name him..

I saw a young-recently-wedded-couple in a marriage. That girl kept calling her dear husband (!) as "dEi aakaash!" He would run to her like a well-trained-puppy summoned by its master. This went on for a long time.
Once she called him 'aakaash' . He ignored her call - maybe because it was not the call he was used to. She cursed him saying, "dhadiyan varaanaa paaru!".
I told her ,'' You forgot to call him by his initials as 'dei aakaash'. He thought someone else was calling him and ignored it".
If this is the way some girls behave in public, I shudder to think how they would behave in the privacy of their home.
I thought these girls were behaving badly. But now it seems that it is what the males of the younger generation want AND DESERVE - since they can no longer distinguish between intimacy and disrespect.
