This is exactly why I think you dumbing down your videos is a bad thing. You have grown so much and now there are many new people that don't know the reasons why you do the things you do. Instead of getting upset in WAN show and explaining everything where no one that needs to know will find it, why can't you add all that information in the videos. Be more detailed and explain the process at the end during add spots.

With fiber and telephone copper providers, you have your own direct dedicated line to the DSL box (DSLAM) or Fiber Distribution Hub (FDH) in the neighborhood. Those are fed by fiber, and will not slow down during peak times. However... If someone has run electrical lines too close to copper phone lines, it can interfere, slowing the connection. If the power through those electrical lines change at different times of day, it will appear to have the effect of "peak time slow down".
Tristyn Russelo, a lot of people don't understand the technology they have VDSL witch is norm called fiber broadband {FTTC} and FTTP for the most part is dedicated (it is shared but it's connected to a large pipe) and peak time traffic norm does not make it fall apart (it mite slow down a little but you probably not notice it and latency norm does not change much) dociss cable as you said is fully correct, the isp tends to not to bother to add more cards to the FTTN node when utilisation on the coax side is very high it just starts to fall apart, what most don't understand it's the upstream that is the problem not downstream but because there downloads are going slow or unreliable they think it's slow download when it's in fact upload is overloaded and is causing packet loss and high ping spikes and jitter ( to many people are uploading in your area {p2p generally})

When I got the PC 1 year ago I had like 30 GB free space on my SSD (128 GB), now it's 3 GB +- 3 GB. And it is even worse on my HDD (1 TB for working archiving and some games like Warframe). When I got it it was like 340 GB still free (remember, the PC had been used before for 3 years) and now I have 70 GB, which are decreasing. For this reason I've gotten myself an SSD (500 GB, I know it's too much. but they had no 250 ones during christmas) for a good price and I want to install a secondary system on it for working, but I don't know what I should use. Do you have some good suggestions? I thought about Linux Mint or something like that
I don't know about that. I have a 1 TB drive and it goes quick when I install just a few AAA titles. The new CoD, Gears 4, and Battlefield are all substantial in size.

Sometimes I'm running my old Windows XP machine, which has 150 GB. Normally I'm using my brother's Windows 8.1 rig, but one of the issues with Windows ist that it literally KILLS your disk space, no matter what you do.
When I got the PC 1 year ago I had like 30 GB free space on my SSD (128 GB), now it's 3 GB +- 3 GB. And it is even worse on my HDD (1 TB for working archiving and some games like Warframe). When I got it it was like 340 GB still free (remember, the PC had been used before for 3 years) and now I have 70 GB, which are decreasing.
For this reason I've gotten myself an SSD (500 GB, I know it's too much. but they had no 250 ones during christmas) for a good price and I want to install a secondary system on it for working, but I don't know what I should use.
Do you have some good suggestions? I thought about Linux Mint or something like that
I don't know about that. I have a 1 TB drive and it goes quick when I install just a few AAA titles. The new CoD, Gears 4, and Battlefield are all substantial in size.
I remember getting a 250GB HDD back in like 2011 for a few games and movies thinking I'd be set for years
fast forward to 2017, 480gb PCI-E SSD for Windows, 2TB of SSD for games, and 20TB of HDD for movies, TV shows and music for my Plex server

Well, it actually works surprisingly well. If done right every time, I believe it can have up to about a 96% success rate. But uh, when you're talking about pregnancy and potential children, those still aren't fantastic odds. Having a kid 1 out of every 25 times you have sex isn't fantastic.
