The Late Show with Stephen Colbert is the premier late night talk show on CBS, airing at 11:35pm EST, streaming online via CBS All Access, and delivered to the International Space Station on a USB drive taped to a weather balloon. That first man obviously really needed some kindness, even if it's just a beer from a stranger, Stephen clearly boosted that guy which is awesome....until he made him feel like he needed to run away.

I really wish they had done the camera show thing where they tell them they are on tv and show them the camera so we could of seen that guy chill again.
I'm sure they told him as soon as he got uncomfortable. I don't know why it didn't show the video of when it showed them all it was a prank. They have to tell them in order to get consent to air it haha.

this one is more or less a copy of conan.. along time ago conan got in full makeup and did a public service thing with random people to analize "late night with conan" .. they were watching it with conan and giving him there personal opinion .. it was amazing because at the end of the video they showed conan becoming the person that was siting next to them.. that was the little bit of brilliant that makes conan great
Yeah, I remember that remote. It was hilarious! Only it wasn't Late Night; it was the Tonight Show. The remote aired in the first week that Conan started doing the Tonight Show.

I work at H&R Block as an office manager and tax professional, and I have to admit.. this was great.
I'm convinced every time Colbert does field piece, he habitually reverts to his Colbert Report persona.

This is truly good hearted comedy. Stephen Colbert deserves every penny he makes.
I hope they paid these people a decent amount for their participation. They all look like the salt of the Earth and could use some help.

Oh this is fantastic. It's been a long time since he has interviewed people who have no idea who Colbert is, the opening bit with the H&R Block manager, who seemed clueless reminded me of when he started out on The Daily Show and interviewed all those politicians who thought they were getting some free exposures with a real journalist . Another 'Classic Colbert' Great.

Wow. After seeing this my respect for Colbert just grew. He is really a good actor! And a mighty fine singer as well, yes, I've always loved that song since hearing Jiminy Cricket sing it in Disney's Christmas as a child.

This year I went to H&R block to find out the guy who did my taxes usually year killed himself. Every year I saw him before that I would think "This guy seems like that tax agent where you come back one year and find out he killed himself"
I shed a tear after that song.
