Years ago we stayed at our first All Inclusive resort, called Hedonism in Negril:) Spectacular. Yes, several beaches are nude. Marijuana commonly available.

Although not as crowded as aruba, but the beach reminds me of aruba.
Seven Miles Beach in Negril does get crowdy, more so than in Aruba. It depends on the time you travel and the time of the day. It appears that they came out very early. Plus, Jamaica has MANY places to go as a tourist because of how large the island is and the diversity in natural resources (like beaches, caves, rivers, falls, mountains, etc.) People can spread over
7 mile beach is unreal and Ricks bar had the best sunsets. Pity you missed birdman off the top diving bar (if he still does it).
Just searched birdman online, I didn’t even know there was another diving deck up there haha

Mayfield falls is very nice for a romantic walk up a river in the mountains - not like Dunns.

I’ve been to Rick’s cafe, had the best jerk chicken ever at that cafe. Locals would dive of the very high cliff if you gave them a tip. I always enjoy Jamaica. It’s a shame a lot of the beaches are private. Great video, Carol was brave jumping in! Xx
I stayed at the Skylark on 7 Mile Beach back in the summer of 2021 and loved it, we ate at the restaurant Miss Lily’s almost everyday (delish!). Also the name of the beach is a tad misleading as it’s not truly 7 miles long, its reportedly just over 4 miles - either way it’s STUNNING 😍
I think it's a little over 5 miles. That's still a long beach lol

Jamaica has very few public beaches which is so unfair to the people who live there
I keep seeing this comment. The beach is public up to where the water line is. After that it is considered private. The issue is getting from the road to the beach. Same happens in Florida. You can walk the beach, but getting to it requires public access.

There are know private swimming areas in negril and unless you go to far from the sea towards hotels then some beach areas are out of bounds to anyone who is not their guest but you can freely walk the 7 miles without touching any private parts
