Guys thanks for visiting my country. Please visit Rick's Cafe also another cool hangout spot in Jamaica!! Free cliff diving and beautiful water 💦 @JumpingPlaces
Congratulations to you guys to heads Ocho Rios, Jamaica this gone weekend to shows these remarkable beaches & other places in great joy.I hope more new videos are coming up soon this week in August of 2023❤❤❤
Every time you both go to the vacation paradise, it's always a delight, you make everything so beautiful! Thanks for the information on the drone, it looks so great! People can actually walk in the waterfall, that waterfall should be the most fun I have ever seen! I love the music you chose, really reminds me of Bob Marley from the beginning! Thanks a lot for sharing, great job! 👍🥰🙏
In Saint Lucia, another Caribbean island, NONE of the beaches can be made private, BY LAW. All of the beaches are public. People stood up for their rights on that one. Even beaches on hotel fronts must allow public access and not block public routes to the beach.
I just recently visited Cancun, Mexico. They have plaques on the side of the hotels leading to the beaches that say all beaches are public. I'd much rather visit countries where the beaches are public. If the residents/citizens can't play and relax on their own countries beaches then that's just ridiculous. Tourists are only there for a few weeks, the residents have lived there for hundreds of years. They are the people who made the island a place that everyone wants to visit. I'd especially say that with regard to Jamaica. I've visited Jamaica about 15 times - and it has bothered to no end that citizens can't visit the beaches where the hotels are located. I've seen people wading in the water because they can't come up on the beach. This is disgusting!!! It is their homeland. They pay taxes, they created the cultures that everyone across the world envies and copies. The food, the language, the music - are all reasons why tourists come to Jamaica. Whenever I'm there I'm always discussing and arguing with people as to why it makes no sense that citizens can't come on the beaches. The only reason I continue to go to Jamaica is because I hope that the money that I spend with the local people makes even a small difference to them and not the hotels. I don't know why the Jamaican people accept this kind of treatment from their government?? They should be protesting in the streets and burning stuff down. It's crazy that the beach that your grandmother and grandfather played on when they were kids is now part of an all-inclusive hotel and you now can't walk on it. The Jamaican people need to do whatever it takes to stop this madness. Whether it be petitioning their government or voting out the politicians who keep this policy going.
@@soulshadoww55 Excellent comments. Truth 💯 Thank you. My thoughts exactly. It's just ridiculous and so wrong. I'm a Jamaican living in USA. When I go to other Caribbean Islands, Barbados, Virgin Islands, Curacoa, I pay nothing to use the beaches bc they're free for everyone. In JA I have to pay, even at the public ones which are few. Yep, Governmental issue and something need to be done abt it. Everyone come, make their own rules & Govt accept. ( Sad & shameful) Unfair to my ppl but unless they rise up, voice their displeasure nothing will change & more & more beaches will become private. Smh
@@soulshadoww55I agree. It's been very shortsighted of the JA government to do this and continue to do so. And more hotels are being build on the beach, taking away even more beachfront from the locals. There are still nice public beaches but very few are 100% free. Most that have public restrooms, showers, parking have a small fee that goes to the care, cleaning and upkeep of the beach and property.
Jamaican Govt has sold out. Imagine locals have to pay to go to the beach . All the decent beaches have been privatized. Am so sad. Back in the day, when we finished our chores, we would head to the beach near Ochi by White River .
Nice to see you guys at Dunns River Falls. You're correct about not going when a cruise ship is in port. There's a movement in Jamaica to end the privatization of beaches allowing access to everyone.👍🏼🏝️🇯🇲
There is enough beaches for everyone to go to. The little sandy area the hotels are on is not really a beach. compare to the real public beaches. People should clean up their local public beaches because they are more beautiful
Visiting all the tourist traps and tourists restaurants is such a rookie way to see Jamaica, I've been there 6 times. Yeah Dunn's River is a cool place when your in Ocho but when you're in Negril try to eat where the locals go and the prices are much better. There are 2 areas to explore, 7 mile beach and the Cliff areas.
I love Jamaica I was there when I was a kid. They shot Dr No at the falls there James bond film with Sean Connery and a few other James Bond movies after that. It's a beautiful location
Thanks you so much for this remarkable video today’s from the remarkable beach from Ocho,Jamaica in July of 2023❤❤❤Remarkable video to watch in peace 2023❤❤❤
Nice to see you both enjoying your time in Jamaica 🇯🇲 if possible. Go see portland. Very nice beaches ⛱️ frenchmancovebeach and Boston jerk centre. The roads aren't too great at present, they're working on it! One love ❤️ 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
Yep....Definitely recommend a Portland trip. Unfortunately, the road between Port Antonio and Boston Jerk center is ridiculous. It really is disgusting that they dug up all the road. They should have done it in sections. I feel sorry for the poor taxi drivers whose cars have to be on the road EVERY day. That's just not fair to them.😢😢 Whenever I visit , I usually drive a rented SUV, so I am not affected as much, but the thought of having to be there permanently and fixing broken axels and alignment issues is sad. But Portland is definitely the most beautiful parish in all of Jamaica, without question.
On the sunset side of the island, there is a seven-mile beach of white sand known as Negril. I would not go anywhere else in my beautiful Jamacia. It is a lovely place. Beautiful people bend over backwards to make sure you enjoy your vacation. Thanks, guys, Tom Crosby, YQR Regina Canada.
I love Jamaica it’s so Beautiful. Can’t wait to be back there for Christmas while it’s -20° at home. I bought snorkel gear on Amazon for all of us for this trip.
Dunns River Falls is amazing! I visited in 2000. The water was so cold! It was a beautiful sight seeing the fresh cold water run into the warm Caribbean sea. Thx for sharing ☺

Great view of the Donna River Falls. Your timing was great, earlier in the day the falls are wall to wall people with the tours and the cruise ships. You might enjoy the Blue Mountain Bicycle tour or the Black River tour. Both areas offer great views and activities.
We were always on a budget and didn't do the all inclusive trips. For restaurants stay away from Rick's Cafe but enjoy a beer and watch the Cliff diving.
I've dreamed of these waterfalls since the first time I saw them, during the film Cocktail with Tom Cruise in the 90s really amazing and really beautiful. I will go there one day ♥
