I don't care who it is... LeBron, MJ, Kobe, Grant Hill, Durant... Shaq is my all time NBA #1 draft pick. Quick, agile, fast, 7'2 300lb monster with a handle and vastly underrated arsenal of moves & basketball IQ. The most dominant force in NBA history.
+Testos Tyrone I can respect that you'll take shaq all time over anybody everybody talks about Lebron as a freak of nature this guy when he came in the league was 300 pounds a legit 7'1-7'2 agile quick and strong and I he only deficiency he had was free throws and that wasn't as big of a deal as people made it this guy dominated the nba from the time he stepped on the court in 1992 til about 2005
Easily one of the most dominant players of all-time. And he is such a charismatic personality too. Good to see that he has always done well for himself and his family.
I had floor seats to a Cavs game when Lebron was a rookie and got to see Shaq,Kobe and Lebron play against each other. To see the size of these men that close along with their athleticism still blows my mind!!! I’m a 5’10 white kid that went to state twice in HS. There was nothing like these men when I was in HS.
i actually use to play pickup ball with the big man that backed up shaq on LSU.. this guy was only around 6'9 and retired from playing pros. He was older but would dunk on everybody hard, young college players, everybody during pickup games..he told me shaq use do that to him, i cant imagine playing in REAL life how powerful he would be
If he'd stayed at 290-300 and had kobe's work ethic, Shaq would have been the best player ever. He's top 15 but I just think that extra weight hurt him. Still a great player and an even better person
a once in 50 year talent. seriously a guy like lebron and kobe and dr j , magic, come along once every 15 years or so, but a guy like shaq? once every 50 years. there have only been 2 in the nba 75 year history .
Le- Minh I agree with you, but I will disagree on Lebron; with Lebron your team is an automatic contender just look at what young Lebron did for the Cavs, then the Heat, and now the Cavs again. Shaq is a once in a life time player so is Jordan, Dr. J, and Lebron.
Imagine you're a college forward playing for some small college your coach comes up to you, says, you have to guard Shaq tonight our center got the ShaqFlu.
A+ vid! For those that don't know, while Shaq has had a lot of nicknames, during this era he was the "Man-child" . And the wake left behind by the man child was known as a "Shaq attack". Additionally, he was one of the last to rock the undershirt look, which IMO is a sick-ass look. Finally, 3:51 is what you might not have known about him in college but now do....he did everything!! Real sh*t for you there. ;-)
0:49 he pointed because a whole bunch of people (hundreds) wearing green shirts stood up and cheered very loudly. 1989 Frank Irwin Center texas state championships
I'm not trying to argue but I'm just saying you can't compare them cause there 2 separate generations and the league was and is a lot taller now than when wilt played
@@sleepysleepy1212 except ZW is ALWAYS hurt. he's a reasonable comparison in terms of size/athleticism but shaq, even being out of shape a lot, wasn't hurt much
Shaq is the reason why NBA rims/baskets are so much stronger.
The entire backboard swayed on every one of his dunks. Just devastating. Dude dunked like the rim was rude to his momma

MJ wasn't a #1 pick
You completely missed the damn point. Geezus
+Antility TV so is Hill Durant and Kobe. Dumbass.

completely agree!! how do you stop that..lol...you don't!
Congrats Shaq , can't wait to see you play in the NBA
P.S. This may take awhile to send because I'm using internet explore.
but interest wasn't even a thing back than ...
+Victor Castaneda you can't be joking..,
Y'all crazy
Shaq looks good, but can’t wait to see the dream team in action this summer with Magic back they will be unstoppable!!!!
Ole dial up

the most!!!!!!

Lebron is also A onE in 50 year talent, i would take HIM over shaq simply cause lebron can also function outside the paint instead of only inside
cflo1386 no lebron isn't. he plays in a minor league out east and the league and media fabricate him and over rate him.
dave jahoer Is that why he shot 18% out side the lane in the playoffs?
Dada Ya Wilt honestly isn't close to Shaq. Not as a player or athlete.
Imagine you're a college forward playing for some small college your coach comes up to you, says, you have to guard Shaq tonight our center got the ShaqFlu.
shaq made da game fun
For those of you looking for the play he talks about in his book, I think it's 0:45

3:17 A "graceful" double pump lay-up, I didn't think it was possible for Shaq's style of play.
Dammm Love the video and the soundtrack blew my wig back! Big ups.... Baby Parr!
Does anyone have more footage from 2:32? Looks like he's at a fraternity house or something.
That dream shake dunk was filthy 😱
BEAST!!!!!!! MODE!!!!!!!!!
Wonderful Shaq so much!!!!! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂❤️
hahaha what a fucking GOON!!! I love him.
How are you even supposed to compete with a giant like that in high school?
4:30 The guy pushed by shaq was like a paper
Still can't believe that Shaq didn't get drafted straight outta high school to NBA.
What the name as dat biggie song playing yo?🔥
Sandstorm
Things Done Changed followed by Dead Wrong, both by B.I.G.
***** thanks
Best big ever #1..even in ncca
I that they had to edit the first song so much they just had to go with the beat on dead wrong, lol.
Looking like a bigger Shawn Kemp out there flying thru the sky.
the censorship of Biggie is more violent sounding than the cussing
Which Biggie Song was the first one played?
Things done changed
What's the best called that played after
He literally came from sf to center
My man Shaquille was a bad dude
Young Shaq had size and speed
dominance
0:49 he pointed because a whole bunch of people (hundreds) wearing green shirts stood up and cheered very loudly.
1989 Frank Irwin Center texas state championships
I was there. shaq was a HUGE deal. my old college teammate was on the only team to beat him in HS (liberty hill)
He was agile?!
Closest thing to Wilt.
Wilt wasn't even good he played in a time where he was taller than anyone, put wilt in a generation like shaq and he would just be another center
Um Wilt was 7'1 275 lbs. and super athletic. Who is bigger than him today, like three people?
I'm not trying to argue but I'm just saying you can't compare them cause there 2 separate generations and the league was and is a lot taller now than when wilt played
Connor Holobinko I played against Wilt and Shaq in their primes. Wilt was a little better IMO.
Connor Holobinko Average size of a center in Wilt's day was 6'10. Today it's the exact same. So, yeah.... you fail.
Hondo I’ve completed a couple wells up that way
How is it that shaq didnt break any backboards at college and high school but he broke a whole post in the NBA
much heavier in the nba
jonh trollenzki He did break a ton in high school and college.
Look at 2:12
Shaq is shaq
Shaq and daryl dawkins boyo
Oh shit , come on Shaq , don't jump in the dunk ????
Oh sweet pepperoni, he was thinner hehe
U See These Highlights Bruh I Mean Really Dude WOW 😁🙂😏 SHAQ TO THE RACK 😁💯💪😎✌
Small Town production or not, what you did to Biggies song is a crime. 🙂
They don't make em like that anymore
@@sleepysleepy1212 except ZW is ALWAYS hurt. he's a reasonable comparison in terms of size/athleticism but shaq, even being out of shape a lot, wasn't hurt much
beast
Biggest man in college and still couldn’t get LSU a Chip
music is fucking annoying
Javier Sobrino I had to mute it within 3 seconds. It is bad and negative music overall and it doesn't even fit with Shaq.
Shawn Kemp i love Biggie Smalls, but censored versions are trash...
Javier Sobrino It's very NEGATIVE
+Javier Sobrino Ya dead wrong!
If Shaq's dad wasn't old fashioned when he was at hs Shaq would have been the best forward and othee positions before LeBron does.
ruined the video with the music
