@SteveMan_Steve8 It did....but not really because the challenge was to FILL UP the hole. If they just kept turning the hourglass, then they would have lost either way. Especially because the other teams were stacking more than they did, and also getting their stuff stolen thrice by Death Pact Yet Againers. Winner didnt help either cause he didnt retrieve the stolen stuff. He pretty much fell into Pins plan of winning only to get robot flower, a guranteed liability, on their team. (But of course that backfired and death pact won instead).
I felt really bad for golfball in this episode. She was always my favorite character. Honestly in my opinion, this episode would’ve probably gone a lot more different if puffball wasn’t eliminated.

This is why I voted for Golf Ball. Pillow not being helpful is typical, but Donut, Barf Bag, and Winner dropped the ball. It only would take one person to flip the hourglass, and Winner had to be physically prompted to assist; they weren't doing anything otherwise. Additionally, the reason they lost was entirely due to factors outside of their control: Bottle dropping the piano and the divider being broken. Yeah, Golf Ball can be bossy, but is geniuinely intelligent. In fact, being one of the few to actually try to win the challenge proves she's the best suited for team leader.

I think I like the decision of splitting GB up from Tennis Ball. While before the rest of the team wouldn't listen to golfball and she'd have little interaction with them, it'd usually result in GB and TB always just bouncing off of one another. It kinda limits the more meaningfull moments involving GB to always revolve around her and Tennis Ball. Now that they're apart, I feel like this will prompt some actual external character interactions

This is likely to be a pretty similar arc, but unlike the other one, Donut is actually trying to help. I think that as this arc develops will help the other characters respect GB more without completely ruining liked characters.
I have no idea how and why they doesn't want golf ball, she doesn't disrespect anyone on tpot, and also she's the only one with an actual idea to get her teams wins. Sure if donut I didn't get the flipping hour glass the episode gonna be short but maybe they could combine like using it at the same time instead of bully her? to be fair, Golf Ball does have a bad reputation in being the bossy bot, it's not surprising that no one other than TB (and maybe Yellow Face) would want to put up with her. Tho let's hope this arc with Donut doesn't end up being a cheap copy of the 8-Ball one, and maybe not derail Donut's character in the process
@@Cartonimate Humor is subjective, but I can see why it's not as funny to some people. Personally though, I think Golfball should've had this coming, by a long shot. Even though she's a great asset to whatever team she's in, the tradeoff is that she isn't the best at being in equals with other teammates, and would even "disrespect" them at best (like they say, a "bossy bot"). Which is why when she's the one being put into the shoes of a teammate that doesn't get acknowledged, the payoff is pretty much justified... and even funny at times.
GB’s my favorite character along with black hole. She gets things done and is a force of order and logic to her team, which I appreciate. But I think she could have a cool arc learning to overcome her control issues!
I would love to see that! But it probably won’t happen because this seems like it might just be a repeat of the 8 ball arc. Hopefully Golfball becomes a better character though.

The biggest problem about the ABNTT arc is that golf ball want in the wrong, sure she was bossy, but she was a way better manager (good at managing not at leading) than any one else. And going into this next challenge, it’s obvious Donut wasn’t a confident leader either. The only way I could see this going in a natural direction is if it’s about Golf Ball learning to listen to her team to become an actual leader.

She always forces herself into leader status, like BFDIA 10, she just joined team Freesmart and expected everyone to listen to her. Do you know how unfair that is? It should be Pencil (the actual Freesmart leader) and/or ice cube, (the reason everyone else joined.)

It's cool that they look to improve a character with an arc, but I wish that didn't have to involve ruining other characters. Winner, Donut and Barf Bag acted so stupidly much like A Better Name Than That did on BFB, but at least ABNTT had a reason for it. This new team barely knows GB and while yeah they all heard of bossy bot Golf Ball the three of them are supposed to be rather reasonable characters (and even smart in the case of Donut) who shouldn't be acting like this. And they not only ignored Golf Ball but also Donut came out with the stupidest solution and neither him or the other two even tried thinking of another plan aside from flipping the clock over and over again.

I think Barf Bag will leave, the writers aren't giving her enough attention and she's not very popular amongst fans. Yellow Face at the very least has some people that find him funny, but he will likely be bottom 2.

the fact that in BFB 3 golf ball used reverse psychology to help ABNTT win the challenge was great though i kinda wish she did the same in BFB 4, and i feel like she should do the same in TPOT on CloudYAY

With Donut being my favorite contestant and Golf Ball being my 4th favorite. I'm definitely worried they might devolve Donut's personality into 'Incompetent Leader". (Also while Yellow Face was fun this episode, I can never forgive him for stealing Donut's arms.)
Idea on how to prevent this arc from making the same mistake: put the rejoining exitor on Cloudyay, and have them take over as leader. The top three who are most likely to join have great leadership skills, and the team would benefit greatly from it. Maybe Golf Ball’s plan would conflict with the exitor’s plan, and the second plan is the one that ends up working.

I think this is a cool arc idea, but I don’t understand the hate for donut that he’s getting now? He didn’t even ask to be leader and all he did was help, if anything barf bag and winner were the ones that did literally nothing, and pillow, even though I like her, didn’t even flip the hourglass, but donut was trying to help the team and there’s probably gonna be a really cool thing with him and golf ball? If donut had been honest to his team and everyone set aside their biases against gb (who half of them have never interacted with prior to the episode) then they might’ve at least gotten somewhere (Not to free gb from any blame either; she could at least make an effort to quell her authoritarian tendencies)
People get mad at golf ball for 'managing the team' but she is actually a good team leader donut did nothing to help the challenge all he did is flip the timer with the pit not being filled at all because of this he gave the the team a longer time to fill their pit higher while theirs was just empty.
the worst part is that donut is normally a really good leader, yet all he did was flip the timer over.

fun fact: donut flipping the timer could of sabotaged his team if two caught him, so although it wasn’t likely, it was still a form of sabotaging.

OKAY. BUT THEY MADE MY FAVORITE CHARACTER THE NEW LEADER
The biggest problem about the ABNTT arc is that golf ball want in the wrong, sure she was bossy, but she was a way better manager (good at managing not at leading) than any one else. And going into this next challenge, it’s obvious Donut wasn’t a confident leader either. The only way I could see this going in a natural direction is if it’s about Golf Ball learning to listen to her team to become an actual leader.

Golf Ball Isn't Being Bossy, She's Being a Leader.
She always forces herself into leader status, like BFDIA 10, she just joined team Freesmart and expected everyone to listen to her. Do you know how unfair that is? It should be Pencil (the actual Freesmart leader) and/or ice cube, (the reason everyone else joined.)

It's cool that they look to improve a character with an arc, but I wish that didn't have to involve ruining other characters. Winner, Donut and Barf Bag acted so stupidly much like A Better Name Than That did on BFB, but at least ABNTT had a reason for it. This new team barely knows GB and while yeah they all heard of bossy bot Golf Ball the three of them are supposed to be rather reasonable characters (and even smart in the case of Donut) who shouldn't be acting like this. And they not only ignored Golf Ball but also Donut came out with the stupidest solution and neither him or the other two even tried thinking of another plan aside from flipping the clock over and over again.
Frankly, either gb stays in and her teammates can stay mad, or she gets eliminated and they all realize they need her.
I like golf ball but if she gets eliminated it maybe good for everyone else. Because this is like the 8 ball arc. In that 8 ball got eliminated and golf ball’s reputation didn’t change. If anything it got worse. Plus there will probably be a season 6

I think Barf Bag will leave, the writers aren't giving her enough attention and she's not very popular amongst fans. Yellow Face at the very least has some people that find him funny, but he will likely be bottom 2.

Golfball isn’t my favourite but I feel so bad for her and I love how yellow face is helping Golfball since he’s the one helping I hope they will be good friends next episode.
With Donut being my favorite contestant and Golf Ball being my 4th favorite. I'm definitely worried they might devolve Donut's personality into 'Incompetent Leader". (Also while Yellow Face was fun this episode, I can never forgive him for stealing Donut's arms.)

Idea on how to prevent this arc from making the same mistake: put the rejoining exitor on Cloudyay, and have them take over as leader. The top three who are most likely to join have great leadership skills, and the team would benefit greatly from it. Maybe Golf Ball’s plan would conflict with the exitor’s plan, and the second plan is the one that ends up working.
The bottom two is probably donut and barf bag

I think this is a cool arc idea, but I don’t understand the hate for donut that he’s getting now? He didn’t even ask to be leader and all he did was help, if anything barf bag and winner were the ones that did literally nothing, and pillow, even though I like her, didn’t even flip the hourglass, but donut was trying to help the team and there’s probably gonna be a really cool thing with him and golf ball? If donut had been honest to his team and everyone set aside their biases against gb (who half of them have never interacted with prior to the episode) then they might’ve at least gotten somewhere (Not to free gb from any blame either; she could at least make an effort to quell her authoritarian tendencies)

People get mad at golf ball for 'managing the team' but she is actually a good team leader donut did nothing to help the challenge all he did is flip the timer with the pit not being filled at all because of this he gave the the team a longer time to fill their pit higher while theirs was just empty.
