Hi Pearl just found your channel, everything about you is so Indian including the kadai you used. Even the way you speak is so Anglo-Indian not at all like a British, it was so cute. This was a lovely recipe and I feel kasuri methi would be a good addition if you don't have coriander. I watched you from Kolkata and you know we have a huge Anglo-Indian community. Best wishes
@@pearlskitchen9999 yes, but it's a roti tawa.. the flat one.. your seems to be a bigger sized where one could evenly roast a large quantity of spices.. the sound of popping spices gives you an idea how smoothly they are getting roasted.. In the flat tawa it is very common that spices will pop or slide off the edges.
First Wash it drain it in the colander and they put on the tea towel to soak up excess moisture, then chop and put in any plastic bag and freeze up to 6 months 👌🏻❤️
This is what I do, I wash the coriander then drain the water through a sieve and then lay it on a tea tower to soak up the moisture, and then chop it and freeze it, it lasts for 6 months , take out fistfuls every time you need it . 🙏🏽❤️
I am a woman my self nearing 30s but dam you have such a beautiful figure and beauty.. you are soo pretty. You have such an iconic 80s 90s beauty. You look like a bombshell. I am sure u must have been a head turner in younger days.
