    Yeah, it’s really odd they won’t give you at least a minimum per mile. ALL the other companies let you know up front.

    We live in St Louis, MO - OTR Team driver, Dry van, 3 months ex. .58 cpm, home weekly. 6000 SIGN ON BONUS, UP TO 7000 TUTION REIMBURSEMENT paid out monthly.. We went to and graduated MTC school in Hazelwood, MO 8/21, Indy OC Schneider training 4 weeks w pay. New 2021 Cascadia 69000 miles on it. I hope this helps. Con: not worth being away from home.

      My wife and I live an hour east of St Louis and we are thinking of doing the same thing... are you still doing it/enjoying it?

      @@jabo6479 yes and we just bought our own truck. My husband and will be flying to Houston TX tomorrow to get it and drive it back. Teams is where it's at.

    Why has your training pay not went up in over 15 years? $80 a day in 2016 and $80 a day in 2021.. 🤨

    It's been nearly 7 months since I got my CDL(no experience yet). Would I have to do any sort of refresher if I came on or can I get right into it with orientation, training and a TE?

    If I drove enough miles to make over the guarantee pay, would i get paid more or would I still get the guarantee pay?

    How do dedicated accounts get paid is it just cents per mile or do they get stop off and load pay

    I've been driving sense 2002, when they came out with the cameras in the trucks it really put a damper on my outlook on a company if they dont trust me

      If you live close to a. Oc yes if not they fly you home and back

      I work for Schneider and they let me park my truck at the closest truck stop near my house when I have home time some people take there trucks home if they have no OC near or truck stop near it depends on your situation

    this was like a politician said a lot but didn't give any real info about pay. Disappointing. Don't understand why companies are so scared to saw what pay would be. tendered people typically do less when pay is just based on tender. Pay should be the same and based on produtivity.

      Hello George, we don't give specific information about pay because our pay is based on experience. But you can look at any one of our positions and see what top drivers earn.

      Because if they told you what the starting pay was, you wouldn't fill out application, and what top drivers make is not what the starting cpm is, just say starting cpm is this and top out cpm is this

    I make .38 cpm. probably close to the lowest rate anyone is going to make with schneider.

      My husband work for Schneider 5 years already he got pay $0.53 per mile
