I was Friends w.Laird when I had my Facebook a few yrs ago. I Screamed…OH MY GOD!!!!!!! After I found out he was CLOSING the show!!!!!!! Staff at my house that day asked me what was wrong!!!!!!!

I’m SO glad to see the show in Singapore and it was performing there in 2007. Read the book in 2004, saw the movie in December 2004 when it came to Malaysia (when I’m from).

God thank you so much! I know they were filming the shows all week, I saw them all over with the cameras a few shows before the last. But I don’t know if they will actually release the final performance, and I was dying to hear it. Thank you 🙏🏼

I was there the entire final week minus the 16th, the only night there were cameras there was the 14th which was filmed professionally with cameras all around the theatre, but only for archival purposes unfortunately :(

the 15th was the final *PUBLIC* performance. they had charity performances on the 14th and 16th but even those had a few seats available to the public.

@@bookboybrs90 Also, on the 15th, there were **TWO** performances, a matinee and an 8pm performance. To clarify, the 8pm show was the final public performance of Phantom, and the evening after was composed of mostly invitees in the audience.

Look, I get that this is the final performance of a legendary Broadway show that seemed like it would never end, but the audience applauding and cheering every 30 seconds for every little bit got real annoying real fast. You're at a live Broadway show, not a rock concert.
