Oil : 0w20 full synthetic oil
5.7 QTS (5 qts 22.5 oz) , I used Amazon basics oil 5qt and 0.7 qt supertech,
in reality both are made by Warren Dist and are basically the same thing.
Oil filter : ST6607 supertech 10k filter old Filter was Precision Part PPG4612
and not a Honda part and from what I can tell at the PPG4612, which I have a problem with since oil change interval is about 7k.

First time changing oil in my truck myself. Since maintenance agreement. Dealer free oil changes are now expired.
Not that bad just needed a small step ladder to get up higher to add oil when the truck was jacked up. I will have a follow up vid on cutting open the Honda Oil Filter are at least what they used the last time the dealer changed the oil and comparing it to a SuperTech 10k filter and Orange Can Fram Oil filter
