In conclusion Fricky's text is about where he started and where he's at now. He's saying, like, how he pretty much "passed" his role models, how Ingrosso is sending him DMs and how people are more concerned with how it's going for him rather than how he's feeling. He's talking about how all this happened after he got aqua aura (a crystal which is said to bring freedom, liberation and creativity amongst many things) in his life.

Sweden is really different depending on where in Sweden you go. K27 and most other swedish rappers with a foreign background are rappin about how they hate the police and how they sell drugs plus representing other countries from the Middle East instead than representing Sweden. They also live in the hood, I believe somewhere around Malmö. Fricky on the other hand, is from north of Sweden, you can tell by his accent but also from his blonde hair and blue eyes, that he is from Sweden. Up there it's snow and reindeers and all that. I'm not saying that I think one of them is better than the other, I believe both are good in their own ways. though fricky has a more unique style, the "hood's" music has a very large community and more songs.

So true. Lot of "orten Rap" (Hood rap) in Sweden that's really popular. That's what's so great about swedish Rap scene imo, so much diversity. Artists like Movitz, Fricky, Timbuktu, Zacke are very different from orten rapp.

Swedish hip hop is quite a broad genre with hundreds of different artists with their own sound and I wish you had the time to hear it all and I low key feel bad that you don't understand what they say, most of Swedish music overall is very lyrics based and usually have a lot of weird emotional references, it's wicked man

I'm from Northern Sweden (Norrbottens län) and Fricky is like the biggest artist here. Fricky is from Västerbotten but he is very famous in all of upper Norrland. But I don't think he is very popular in southern Sweden though. A lot of northern teens like Fricky because Northerners and Samis are very rarely seen in Swedish media. If any, they're always from the most southern part of Norrland, which is commonly called "Fake-Norrland" by northerners. "Fricky" comes from his last name Friman and Freaky in English. It's pronounced like Frick-ee.

i would not count Movitz as hip hop. though it's pretty cool because they come from the same small town in northern sweden as i'm from.

Roughly translated beginning of K27's song: Yeah they know, who the fuck I am, realest in the V, one six fucking three.
I'm not really a fan of Fricky or K27 but I do listen to a lot of Movits. Just as you said, they're more lyrics-based than vibes. The thing for me with Movits is the combination of their sound (almost jazz-like with a lot of instruments like the Trumpet or trombone) and the lyrics that more often than not have a deeper meaning to it. For instance, in their song "Dansa i regnet" (which means, "Dance in the rain") theres a part that goes, (translated to english) "they tried to bury us but we're all seeds, they don't wanna see us grow, so don't be afraid to get wet".
Or in one of their other songs named "Sälvandtänd" (Self ignite), there's a part that goes, "You'll get ten thousand matches from a tree trunk but you only need on match to start a forest fire".
Obviously this sounds a bit weird when you read it in english, these sentences have a better flow when you say them in swedish but yeah, you get the idea.
They often like to write their songs around a theme like, going against the norms of society, standing up for minorities or having some kind of political thought behind it. Hard to think that since most of their songs has such a "happy/playful vibe" to them.
