Don't really know what to say right now. Patrick's been an anchor for awesome tech information for me since the Screensavers. I am most likely wrong, but this time around it really feels like a final chapter possibly coming to a close. I hope that I am proven wrong, but man I get it. The amount of time put into creating content especially every single week for decades is not fathomable to most. I was pleasantly surprised at seeing Shannon the first few episodes I caught as she adds plenty of value and I guess I had my head in the sand at not knowing who she was. I personally loathe Twitter and won't even use it for my brand so I will have to follow Patrick's website and Shannon's new RUclips channel. All the best and TekThing will be sorely missed.

Crap. I've been watching both of you since you started. I remember seeing Shannon on the Hak House cameras doing her RF hack with the messenger toy for kids. And I remember seeing Patrick on his FIRST appearance on Screen Savers back when it was Kate and Leo. Thank you for enriching my life all along and for sharing your passions with us. Man this is a sad episode. I'm seriously glad to see you guys moving towards better futures to put your families first or just improve your career paths with greater flexibility. It is truly the end of an era as this show is the spiritual successor of Tekzilla and so, has been running for an incredibly long time of which, I have been there for over half of it (and definitely all of Tekthing). As one of your Patreons and fans, I wish each of you the best and hope that I can see similar tech content from one or both of you in the future. On a side note, I have been putting off watching this last episode as I knew it was the end but it was great like the rest.
I'm not even that into technology, but I always really enjoyed this show. Best of luck to both of you guys. Both of you seem very passionate, and it really came across on the show.

regarding the spike feet for the new Peak Design tripod. if you're looking at spiked feet like that go with the eclipse Stelletoz from 3 legged thing the point will be less sharp so transport is saper on what you're carying in. the extra length allows you not subject the threading on you feet to the dirt and grime.
The other day I said to someone, "This is usually the point a show like TekThing ends," and here we go. Obviously I'm sad to see this go away but it was inevitable. I'll follow you both wherever you go.
