What is a stay at home daughter? Do you take care of your parents for their support? Or do you have a job/youtube monetization?
I work a remote job and have my own house. This is how I live since I don't have a gf or kids. The only difference is that I spend more time gaming and streaming movies. People who could watch me would die of boredom

@@cashnotax2193 lmaooo what kind of personal information? literally only stating what every single person with even a smidgeon of knowledge on nutrition and a pair of working eyes can deduce from any of her videos where she binges on over 2000 calories (more than the required DAILY intake for someone petite like her) in a single sitting. please get your head out of your behind and stop pretending she doesn't have an eating disorder or that I'm somehow invading her privacy by legit just watching her public youtube videos where she specifically showcases how unhealthily she overeats.

Eating fast food or junk food can make you feel way more tired than you should be, if you need extra energy during the day you might wanna start eating more clean.
Although whatever u decide to do ill continue watching you.
yeah i noticed that people in general prefer to eat junkfood if they want to feel 'relaxed'. but in the end it upsets your stomach more thus resulting in more fatigue. i don't think people need to go vegan or eat only green salads, but there should less consumption of spicy noodles or other junk food - especially spicy foods since they can wreck your stomach if consumed often.
@@jellyrolly exactly, she's eating all these processed simple carbs and tons of saturated fat, it's terrifying. especially how she plates up a portion big enough to feed a family of seven. I'm sure she doesn't actually finish it but it makes it east to over eat an already unhealthy meal with barely any nutrients. she's chubby, particularly by asian standards but she should be glad she's not obese from eating like this, I'd weigh 300 pounds lol. a few years will go by, her metabolism will slow down and she'll start packing on weight like crazy, not to mention the cholesterol levels, whew. no wonder the US has the worst obesity crisis which is spreading globally as well. a few influencers with great metabolism and/or a purging eating disorder like bulimia can fake eating this much crap but most of their viewers who follow their recipes will be obese in no time. I'm almost thankful for my endomorph body type now because it forces me to eat healthy since I'll put on weight by just seeing so many carbs as in this video. at least I'll have the motivation to keep fit and healthy and live a longer life with no diabetes or cardiovascular risks.
