pretty sure I'm gonna get bored of being alone all the time, but in the meantime Im "content"? being alone doesn't mean you have to be lonely! :) instagram: @_atjulie tiktok: @atjulie
I totally agree! And you have friends here. You’ve brought me joy and peace during a scary time in my life with cancer. I can’t thank you enough for that!❤
Julie! I love your videos! I too love and enjoy being alone and you're right the less people you have in your life the less drama it's pretty darn peaceful and I love it here 😊🙏❤️ P.S Mochi is the cutest!! 😍🐶❤️
As an older person I can say this: one day you will look back at 26, and even 36, and think omg I was so young back then, I felt the pressure of running out of time but actually I had so much. There are no rules about when you need to achieve things.
I'm 31 now and I can tell you, it does finally start to get better. At 26 I was in a really bad place up until about last year. I got a job that doesn't burn me out and i'm finally starting to deal with the trauma of losing my mom to cancer. Hang in there, y'all.
@@jariaturner2618 I am so sorry for your loss. Losing your parent young is devastating, I was 21 when I lost my mom. Your life is definitely not over and you're so young still, you really do have so much to look forward to. Get through the rough years so you can enjoy the golden ones. Sending love to you ❤
This young lady is my spirit animal, lol. I had a rough, unstable childhood and a family riddled with divorces and drama. I decided as soon as I was able, I'd seek consistent peace for myself- no marriage, no kids. Nothing against those things, btw- I just knew they weren't for me. I'm 37 now and I live my life a lot like Julie. I work two jobs and live in an apartment, but I am SO happy I set up my life this way. I work, come home to a clean place, and experience the peace and quiet I've been dreaming up all my life. When all my responsibilities are done, I can curl up with a nice meal and a good book or show. It's blissful. Everyone has their own version of happiness, and that just happens to be mine.
ugh i just want to hug every single one of us here in this comment section and Julie for bringing us all together. i just turned 26 and i still feel like a girl instead of a young woman with not much of an accomplishment to talk about and also not being part of a friend group. seeing this makes me feel less alone. ❤
But at 26 you’re not even a “young” women anymore let along a girl lol. “Young” adulthood is defined as 18-25 at max and when you’re 26 you’re past that lol your literally just a mid twenties adult lol
Just here to chime in and say that I felt totally lost at 26. I felt like an overgrown child in many ways, I was still holding onto childhood trauma, had never had a boyfriend and mostly just drowned myself in work. I turned 27 and started to think things really needed to change. I then actually started to do something about it at 29. I’m now 32, planning my wedding, got a managerial position at work and couldn’t fathom being here 5 years ago but it shows how much can really change in just these next few years. If I could go back, I would tell myself to just enjoy the journey and the alone time for what it is - everything will be just fine and will turn out the way it’s supposed to.
i dont know you but i am so happy for you. i'm 25 and totally feeling the same way about holding onto childhood trauma etc. working on it! congratulations on your wedding!
I’m 25, so unhappy and in such a bad, depressed state. This makes me so happy! You are living the dream that so many of us want to live. I hope that when I’m 26, I’m happier. Thank you for this video, Julie. It made my entire month!♥️
im 22 turning 23 this year and i literally feel like i'm behind by like 4 years. doesn't feel nice. i feel like at this age i should have a stable job or at least one waiting for me but that is far from the case. i'm still rotting in school, working part time and barely getting hours. cultural expectations are just so sad to be in. all the best wishes to all of us :(
Age 24 to 26 i spent alone. That time was fundamental to my personal growth. I made that decision actively after my parents were killed by a drunk driver and my boyfriend got drunk to cope with my sadness. So he had to go immediately obviously. I had a small group of friends who basically got board with my grief and told me to get over it after about a month and didn't reply to my message that the court dates started for the guy who killed them. So they got ditched too. I got a new job, i took on hobbies, i got to know myself and my parents by going through their house. Alone doesn't mean lonely. Sometimes we have to completely rebuild. Dont carry dead weight out of fear of being alone.
what the fuck, I'm trying to put myself in the shoes of your friends and i don't think id ever tell my friend to get over the death of their parents like that, let alone show no support. I'm sorry that's been your situation. I hope you're doing well and sending you hugs
I find it strange that this post havent received more likes. It is a tragic but empowering and inspirational story you shared. You stay strong and i wish you a long and happy life ❤️
Losing everyone you love changes you. My parents are long gone. My uncles, grandparents too. My best friend? Dead by suicide. I'm sometimes overcome with a melancholy. I still enjoy life quite a bit but there are periods of time where I can't. People usually don't want to hear about it but I do have two really good friends still that hear me out. Honestly it's hard to understand until it's happened to you, and usually it only happens when you're older. I was around 35 when I lost my father, the last close family member I loved. That was really difficult. Couldn't even speak at his funeral like I did for all the others. I was alone.
I'm 32, single, and sitting in my bed eating 2 hot pockets at almost 1 am haha. Those noodles looked AMAZINGGGGG. I love spicy food, I think I'd love spicy noodles. I hope to become happy and content with my life but im very much struggling. If youre older than 26 and still struggling, you arent alone. Theres not a magic age where things come together. Itll be ok :)
Those noodles she's eating are VERY hot. How she eats them without breaking a sweat is beyond me. They also make a 2x spicy and 3x spicy version. I couldn't begin to imagine how excruciating it would be to eat the hotter ones.
If you want to feel better, I am 33 years old single woman, no boyfriend and still strugling with my career. Most of my friends already got family n stable n dream job and here me still strugling and no future or goals of what to do in my life. But still finding and finding. Anxiety and worry getting higher and higher. Hope it will end soon.
@@nurhashimahzaba8723 Who's says that you're meant to have those things? Who's says your meant to have them soon? What if you don't ever get them? What if you'll get them, but later? What if you get them and they're not satisfactory to you? Pictures of how you or others think should be or ought to be as well as expectations aren't reality. Take your time. A tree grows in the timing it's meant to. Worrying doesn't add a day to your life as Christ said. The more you worry, ironically the less likely you'll probably find your answers because your mind will be too scrambled to think straight. You need to do the opposite and be still. Stop trying so hard to figure it all out, you'll just spoil the present moment and rob yourself of peace. Hope this helps.
I never had it and I wish I did. Someone was always in my life and I hated it. I was surrounded by people but the loneliest I ever been. I moved away from them and now I'm back and I once again dislike it. I think I was made to be with someone alone together. (Like the Steven Universe episode)
you cannot be happy like that no one is I’m in the same position as you but i want friend’s i don’t wanna lonely you will regret saying that in years to come please don’t live life that that you should enjoy you life not be alone you may feel happy about it but it doesn’t have to be like that.
Honestly i just turned 26 as well. No boyfriend, very little friends and i get lonely often or feel like im alienated. Other days, i feel ok. Comfort food, movies, tv, walks and podcasts keep me balanced as well as skin care, pinterest, exercise and candle lit showers and baths!
@burgerkang3249 imagine having such a low life you resort to mass replying on comment threads on RUclips to get a thrill out of insulting strangers. Yikes...hope u get the attention you crave.
Same. I just turned 26, have no friends, no relationship, but I love food and more often I feel like I'm actually happy living alone with my pets. The fun thing about this is I have felt much worse when I still had friends and a relationship. I never struggled more with my mental health. Sometimes I still struggle but not as bad as it used to be. It only hurts because I often have the feeling of not belonging anywhere or when I compare myself to other people with an active social life.
@@littlebean7764 Your spouse is your best friend. Before that person was married to you, that person had a background of being your friend. You 2 ended up building a bond, then you 2 dated and got married. You have 1 friend and that 1 friend is your spouse. Not a good time to trade your spouse for fake friends. If you see value in your partner, then you realize you have a best friend. A good friendship is not about numbers and it is not about whether it is platonic or romantic. A friend is still a friend. Like it or not, your spouse is the only who had been there for you which means you nobody else is a better friend than your spouse. Only way you have 0 friends now is if you and your spouse are divorced.
At the age of 26, I was settled in my own space with a dog, career, & enjoying a peaceful existence. During those moments of solitude, I embraced the journey with faith even when it felt lonely at times. Now at 32, a married mom to two beautiful children, I often find myself nostalgically revisiting those solitary times, cherishing them as invaluable chapters of my life. They helped develop a newfound perspective on life's treasures. I enjoyed watching you eat in peace, content and soaking it all up! Savor every moment and keep producing amazing videos!
your comment really inspires me. i am turning 25 this year and i always planned to live my 20s slowly and enjoy myself, but ive been caught up with all the social pressure around me to be in a relationship. hope i can take my time and later become a happy mom just like you one day :)
I am 40 and suffer from panic disorder. I havent left my apartment for nearly 18 months. I can't see friends but i now love being with my own company. Food and cooking helps so much. Oh and entertaining youtube videos like this one. Keep making them and be happy with all that good food! ❤
The way you love food honestly warms my heart and inspires me to heal my relationship with food. I know you’re just vlogging what you eat so i don’t know why it’s impacted me so much maybe I’m just emotional today 😭
I was getting sad because I don’t live in a good household, but watching this realistic vlog makes me feel grateful for the simple things in life, and to make the most of what you have rather than dwelling on things you can’t change or don’t have. I’m not even 26 I’m just a teenager trying to get my shit together but I feel a bit better realizing that not everyone lives those happy go lucky life and to stop comparing myself
Thats a big lesson and good for you to learn at your age :) it took me waaay too long to figure it out. Good luck on your journey, we all start somewhere!
@@PantsOnTheCeiling thank you :] I guess my parents not being apart of my life just made me more mature in a way, mentally and physically, it's hard everyday but I'm learning a lot of things even tho life is throwing a lot of stuff at me

Just found you! It is nice to see you aware that you are only now figuring out life. I'm tired of 20-somethings who don't know shit, thinking they know EVERYTHING. Friends are overrated and not always needed. YOU be YOU!
I'm 34 & just got out of a relationship and I have friends but I don't really hang out with them that much. I like going to places alone so I think I'm going to enjoy this period in my life.
honestly not having to deal with any drama not obligated to hang out with someone nor feel guilty for not seeing them… it’s kinda a liberating feeling. it’s just you on your own doing whatever you please responsibly. your time is all yours and not tied to anyone else. although it may seem lonely majority of the time, it’s what you make of it.
@@ExtraStuff-es3fw Since you went dark with your comment, I'm going to go a bit darker with mine, lol. I'm a 44 year old man and my mom had me when she was 17 and she was thinking about aborting me (I believe in abortion btw) and honestly, and it would have made complete sense at the time. However, she was a party girl at the time and would have gotten pregnant again anyway. Its taken me 15 years too long than I originally planned (I was hoping for her to enjoy life a bit more in her late 40s), but I managed to build my stocks back up after 10 years of grinding my $3M worth of screw ups. I'm still a lonely recluse (and I prefer it that way, its the reason why I was able to cheat things a bit), but my mom will get to enjoy her remaining years as a result of me being an extremely resourceful loner and putting up with 15 years of pain and stress, May your daughter bring you happiness and fortune in many different ways.
I turned 56 a few days ago, and RUclips videos like this one are excellent entertainment. I remember being around 26, was working on TV shows mostly then, and was too busy to enjoy myself. But around that same time, I learned to enjoy something “for ten minutes” before passing out from exhaustion. Give yourself that ten minutes each evening, when you’re working hard on some job, toiling to make those dollars. Read a book or watch a show for ten minutes each day, and enjoy that. When you look back on years of that, you’ll at least know you gave some of your time to *yourself.* 💜
Watching what you eat reminds me of myself a year ago. I locked myself up in my house ( I live in Australia alone as a foreign student) as I was so depressed and played games for the whole day. I also ordered Mc Donalds every single day and my order was 3 big mac, 1 chicken burger, 4 large fries, 4 cokes ( I ate it all but the cokes). I was feeling so bad that I ate all of those and just sit in my room to play games that I even disgust myself. One day I thought I need to make the move, otherwise nobody is going to do it for me. I started by cleaning up my room, then my house. Until now, I've lost 10kg, addicted to the gym, walk 12k steps a day, swim for 30minutes at least and take care of myself more. So to everyone, if you feel the same as me a year ago, untill you feel you are doing everything wrong, just start doing small things like me, you will see yourself become a better version day by day. I'm 22 btw.
@@Geoghegan-gu9bs yes, I changed my diet slowly so I could adapt to it. The diet had been getting better month by month since I hit the gym. My friends circle stays the same but i broaden up my social relationship after 3 months of hitting the gym as i was getting more confident irl. I hang out a lot with people but it is hard to be real friends tho.
this isnt far off from my life. I swear I see her eating and I knew immediately she doesn't actually feel good because I see my old self in her. I would binge the same way. Now I have a diet that takes care of my body and go to the gym often. These have been the biggest actions of self love i coould do and i encourage everyone to try it. That and therapy of course! Good on you for hitting the gym and making moves in your life btw. I love seeing it
Dam that’s sooo good keep it up😊👍🏽 her eating concerns me like she might be fine with herself cuz she could filling an empty hole with food. Idk I don’t want to say too much cuz we never know all the details. But there’s gotta be more than what’s she’s doing rn 🤷🏽♀️🫠
I’m scared to stay alone forever, but your videos remind me that it’s just cause I’m learning to love myself rn and it’s okay to be alone, I really love the vibe of your content, and yes McDonald’s is to heal the inner child, ALWAYS!
Yes me too. I'm 26 right now and very happy, but if I think of 40,50,... I'm getting scared. Being young and alone is something completely different than being old and alone
@@blablablablabablubbi You are gonna be just fine! Ofc things get lonely, but you are creating yourself, enjoying yourself, all that makes you feel great; and then you’ll be able to share your wisdom with others, there is nothing more attractive than experience of life and you’re still so so young, both combined will definitely make people want to be around you :)
Congrats. It's awesome not having to deal with the stress of relationships. Just make sure you don't force yourself into relationships just for the sake of it, even though you don't particularly vibe with that person. Just surround yourself with people who accept you for you, even if it's just one person or yourself or your dog. That's how to stay happy IMO.
Girrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrl you seem way more responsible than what your description describes. Please, I suggest not to put pressure on yourself, look back on the things you have acomplished and keep pushing for more that you want out of life. There is no rush!!! I am also 26 and feel like I havent accomplished much of anything, and I have been really hard on myself so I can resonate as I am sure there are others that feel similar to us as well. I havent watched the whole video yet but by the mere first impression, it seems like you have a mature but bubbly sense about you. Keep that inner child alive!!! Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing your experience.
i turned 18 a few months ago and this made me feel more comfortable about myself and my life moving forward. being so unsure and feeling like i have no one by my side shouldnt hold me back and being independent and loving myself is something i need to work on and your video makes me want to keep growing :)
Ohhh whaat a bliss this is! After years and years of running after family and relationships begging people to choose me and love me how i loved them to only realise that they didn't choose me because i wasn't the problem they were. People have hidden agendas and jealousy so whenever you are in conflict and they blame you its just because you are more honest. Now i live alone have shown ppl not to expect anything from me, i dont go around running to solve their problems and here i am finally changing, loving myself and mental health being healed! 🎉 To the people who said Love yourself 1st i now know why you said it. My tears and long conversations of please try to understand me speech are OVER❤
I'm 24, I do have a boyfriend but no friends. I always think I'm weird for not having friends and that there's something wrong with me so it's really nice seeing you being so comfortable like that ❤
Watching this was so healing for me, i am not even close to being 26 and yet the idea of growing and discovering new things makes me happy. Watching you grow, from a (i think) teenager to a full on adult brings me so much joy, you seem so at peace with your routine and your life. I really dont know but this was really healing my inner child that used to watch your videos, i am happy that you grew and seeing you be a content 26 yo makes me exited to be one myself. Thank you for this video, i really hope you enjoy your life ♡
Girl, I haven't watched you in forever. I'm 35, no man, no REAL friends, and I'm a mom, but I was watching you before I was a mom. The single life can be nice, but I am going to start going to church so I can make some friends that I would assume to be good people. Christian people are usually nice? Lol, good to see you again. ❤
i'd say try to socialize in different places besides church, maybe if your kid is old enough to go to school or nursery- like places, you can socialize with other parents, or try some hobby/sport if you have the time! nothing against church, but i feel like it can be a community too closed sometimes, and having other options and a broader view is always better :) good luck!!
@@MBltotry volunteering! U meet all sorts of people of all ages races and religions. And since they're doing work for free, they're usually the kindest people ever!
Never, ever assume that anyone is a good person just bc they call themselves a Christian. There are wolves in sheep's clothing everywhere. Likewise, there are some really good people who are not Christian, they may be Jewish or Hindu or any number of religions or they may not be religious at all but still have high moral standards.
As someone who grew up christian all I can say is be careful because they can be some of the most judgemental and fake people you will ever meet. They can also be the biggest killjoys. Can't do anything without them calling it a sin or mentioning god in every single conversation. That being said. I do have one Christian friend and she's one of the best people in my life. Just be aware of people and their intentions if you can
Really glad I found this video. Currently in my early 20's and it's a weird phase where I struggle knowing how to BE an age but this video was just so comforting and made me feel like I should be happier with myself and my solitude.
I am 24, ive been living recluse in small villages all my life almost. I have no friends, no social life, nothing beside my family who I live with. Everyone who is in this situation, I see you ❤
I honestly love this long title and the message of the video. We are all a work in progress in multiple avenues and yours seem self acceptance, improving your relationship with food and eating healthier and embracing the things you like ❤ keep improving and smiling queen
I just turned 19 and I relate to the title but the only difference between us is how I deal w being alone differently. This video motivates me to be more independent and okay with being alone. I should use that alone time to learn how to truly love/figure myself out and just better my mental health overall
Im 26 too & exactly like this, doing my own thing without caring abt anyone. Just eating, self care, have some entertainment on my own. Feels divine. Its better than having bad company.
It's SO great to be able to be alone and be happy in your own company. I live alone and thoroughly enjoy being by myself. When I get lonesome, I just connect with a friend or family member and try to make sure I run an errand every week or so to feel like I am still part of society LOL but it is very important that adults learn how to be happy alone. it makes life a little easier when you're dealing with breakups etc.
My 20’s were awful. I didn’t really start to get my shit together until my 30’s. My parents thought I was going to go the wrong way in life and I turned it around. I am now their success story 😝
Living life on your own terms? What's better than that! It's so easy for us to compare ourselves to people who seem rich, happy in love, the perfect family, the perfect life... but you can be happy in any state! Just remember your journey is your own. You never know another person's pain. Wishing everyone in these comments lots of happiness!
I've been doing this life since 26, too - alsplso feel a lot better. No expectations, no one annoying you, living on your own terms and no judgement zone is the best feeling. It's addictive because when you start it'll be hard to compromise 😂
I’m turning 26 on the 26th of sept which is next month lol, and I always felt like I should’ve done smth with my life already at that age but after seeing this video, it makes me realize that I shouldn’t be too hard on myself and embrace my mid-late 20s. This is my comfort vid fr.
I'm a 19-year-old with eating disorder and severe self-esteem issues and I honestly think that I've already lost any chances to succeed and just somehow live a normal life. But such videos bring me hope. I mean, really. Very comforting.
Yes please! And ENJOY THIS TIME IN YOUR LIFE. I look back now at how I couldve appreciated my 20’s more. Wish I would e been single for more of it. I wasted alot of years dating jerks and losers
I'm in my twenties, as well, and I don't really have many friends / am barely social. Other people might not be that way, but once they tear you down because of it, it's like "fuck what they think." If you're happy with how your life is going, then that's great. More power to you sis 👏👏
I'm not 26 yet but I'm in grad school and just now starting to figure out how to take care of myself and live a healthy but enjoyable lifestyle! These videos really give me some comfort that people around my age are also figuring themselves out and we can do it together! Also, the cry of pain while you're just causally slurping noodles at 10:13 killed me!!😂😂
Don’t feel bad because you don’t meet the expectations of others. Life isn’t the same for everyone, and all that matters is that you are happy! keep on enjoying yourself! Im 17, never had a girlfriend, and I don’t have many friends, yet I feel alright with myself. Im there with you Much love from Florida!
Nothing better than calling the shots, eating, what, when and wherever you like. Enjoy your life,if you can do that without NEEDING another person you are golden.
I’m 27, still looking for work, don’t have my own place, am not in a relationship, trying to go back to studying. I do my best to have faith I’ll achieve these things even if it takes time. Love how real you are and I hope you’re doing well. 😌
I’m 27 come January, I just have to say everything changed when I turned 25. I started seeing things from a different perspective. I haven’t had a boyfriend since I turned 25. I think 26 has been my most healing year! I only wish the same for every one else :)♥️
I was single between 27 and 31 and it was a very lovely, chilled time. Enjoy it! (I'm currently pregnant with our third and I do sometimes wish myself back to this time that was just about me). 😅
Defiantly a big change for me, I am happy. ;) Your video is one of the most real I have watched. I also enjoy your life style in my own way. I am new and just found your channel. Glad to have watched.
We are your friends 🫶🏽 growing up I was really restricted from eating fast food so now I got adult money and I eat all the fast food I want. Btw you are doing life the right way, stay single and live your life to the fullest!
Just so you know, you can live your life to the fullest with a partner too 😅. Find one with the same or similar values; it can only get better from there.
@@eatnplaytoday it's kinda sad this has become the new norm. Individualism has really hit it's peak these days. No one really needs anyone anymore like we used to. I have to agree that a full life can be lived with the right partner
love the video. I do gotta say tho I used to have an addiction to fast food, particularly Mcdonalds. I would be eating their food every week and when I downloaded the app which gives daily discounts and deals, I ate mcdonalds everyday. I genuinely do believe that fast food companies put something addictive in their food and if not that, formulate it in an addictive way because for the longest of time I couldn't stop eating mcdonalds. However, one day when I finally decided I was tired of gaining weight (by this point I gained like 15 lbs) I stopped getting it. It was really hard at first but with every week it got much easier and now I barely ever crave for mcdonalds. Which is crazy because I used to crave it everyday so i totally think the more u eat it the more u crave for it.
i heard that they add addictive stuff to their food. You can eat MacDonalds every day, but you need to learn when to stop n how much your body can take with daily exercises added. Although not healthy can be done of course.
This is truth. The addiction comes from the “golden ratio” of salt, fats, and sugar. These giant food corporations literally hire scientists and researchers and put a lot of money into developing the best taste, best texture, and they also do a lot of marketing as well. The app is also specifically created to make you use it more. Your money is their priority, not health. Glad you stopped!
i am currently going through what you had went through right now. its so hard to stop going back to mcdonalds especially with the app deals (ive collected so many points due to how much i go there every week), how near it is to my home and i am not a great cook either so mcd just fills up my tummy so conveniently. but unfortunately ive gained so much weight from that.. im going to try and stop going to mcd after my birthday which is coming soon. hopefully i can suppress my urges :")
I was literally searching for a comment about this. Most of the foods in this video have loads of engineered chemicals that make your brain light up and literally want more...not far off from taking drugs really. These chemicals and ingredients are cheap and addictive to make you want more. They mess with overall health and hormones, weight gain, mood, pretty much everything. McDonalds is probably the worst of the worst. I would know having been a food addict at one point. I hope she doesn't go too overboard because it's tough going back up the slope
I love watching your shorts and videos, they bring me comfort. Idk if it's the food, your presence or the fact that I'm 24 and also enjoy being on my own, just feels nice. I feel like if you did a meet up with everyone who watches your videos, we would all be super content buying food and just silently watch a movie together while eating and it wouldn't be awkward. Ya know?
"a 26 year old" in every title and I still manage to wonder how old you are ahaha The jajangmyeon was so close to the edge, that got me stressed for ur food! There’s this quote "lonely time is still time spent with the world" and I think that’s important, you are enjoying your own company and it’s such a great accomplishment I’m very proud of you :) love ur videos
I say this with love, Juile. What many people do is fill the empty spaces inside of us with alcohol, shopping, and food. You're young now, but in time eating fried foods and junk foods provide no nutrition and later we pay the price with our health. These types of foods cause inflammation on the body leading to high cholesterol,, diabetes, and heart disease. I lost my older sister due to diabetes. She was only in her 40s. You can enjoy your life alone just as much taking walks in nature, joining a yoga class, or doing an online yoga class with Yoga with Adreienne on RUclips, and cooking and eating healthy foods. I used to be on high cholesterol meds in my early 30s, but I am on no meds now thanks so changing my diet. Sending much love you, Julie. You are a darling and a sweetheart
Cholesterol is NOT an issue, I agree with the rest though. Do your research on cholesterol. You need cholesterol and our bodies MAKE cholesterol. If it were bad our bodies wouldn’t produce it.
p much on the same boat. 23, no partner, only 1 friend (my best friend) and i am the happiest ive ever been. i recently dropped a 10 year friend ship and finally left a toxic work place and it has been the best decisions i done ever made
I can totally relate to what you're saying about not having had the experience of eating and enjoying McDonald's as a kid. Same here. Yes, it is so good to feel how my inner child now enjoys it.
I love your style of video and when you watched Hunger Games, lol. I just lost my doggo, so I just put your video on to help fill the silence here at home. Thanks for awesome content and I wish you well in your content creating journey. Everything you ate looked amazing!!

If I could go back, I would tell myself to just enjoy the journey and the alone time for what it is - everything will be just fine and will turn out the way it’s supposed to.
i dont know you but i am so happy for you. i'm 25 and totally feeling the same way about holding onto childhood trauma etc. working on it! congratulations on your wedding!

i hope you're happy too, i litterly turn 21 in 4 days and ya girl is scared
I'm very lonely and very alone.
I am 46 but I can tell you are living your best life at 26...do your thing and enjoy life, the freedom of living alone is wonderful!

The fun thing about this is I have felt much worse when I still had friends and a relationship. I never struggled more with my mental health. Sometimes I still struggle but not as bad as it used to be.
I'm 22 btw.

The single life can be nice, but I am going to start going to church so I can make some friends that I would assume to be good people. Christian people are usually nice? Lol, good to see you again. ❤
Church Is a great way to meet new people. But remember Christianity is about being forgiven by Jesus for your sins and going to heaven.
i'd say try to socialize in different places besides church, maybe if your kid is old enough to go to school or nursery- like places, you can socialize with other parents, or try some hobby/sport if you have the time! nothing against church, but i feel like it can be a community too closed sometimes, and having other options and a broader view is always better :) good luck!!

You are 19! I'm 37 and I don't think that! Girl your brain is LYING to you. You got this!! Step by step. Tiny bit by tiny bit ❤
my first time posting a "what I eat in a week" video on this channel, let me know if you guys want more of these heheh
starting off with what I eat in weekend tho 🤓
Yees please 🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤❤❤
Yes please! And ENJOY THIS TIME IN YOUR LIFE. I look back now at how I couldve appreciated my 20’s more. Wish I would e been single for more of it. I wasted alot of years dating jerks and losers
@@deecohen1383do u remember any of ur teen yrs cause im 14 and feel super old☹️
I'm in my twenties, as well, and I don't really have many friends / am barely social.
Also, the cry of pain while you're just causally slurping noodles at 10:13 killed me!!😂😂
I'm 24 it's only now I'm starting to try to take better care of myself
It's hard sometimes but we'll figure it out 😂
Don’t feel bad because you don’t meet the expectations of others. Life isn’t the same for everyone, and all that matters is that you are happy! keep on enjoying yourself! Im 17, never had a girlfriend, and I don’t have many friends, yet I feel alright with myself. Im there with you
Much love from Florida!
I am 28 and don't have friends either. I have family members and sadly most of them are toxic.
I envy this kind of lifestyle! I hope I can be like that with 26, just enjoying my inner peace as the introvert I am
Nothing better than calling the shots, eating, what, when and wherever you like. Enjoy your life,if you can do that without NEEDING another person you are golden.
I love this video
I always talk abt how freinds and people in ur life doesn't equal happiness😭😭!! such a comforting video to watch
I’m 27, still looking for work, don’t have my own place, am not in a relationship, trying to go back to studying. I do my best to have faith I’ll achieve these things even if it takes time. Love how real you are and I hope you’re doing well. 😌
i really love your vibe julie and the way you honour your inner child is really cool to me
I’m 27 come January, I just have to say everything changed when I turned 25. I started seeing things from a different perspective. I haven’t had a boyfriend since I turned 25. I think 26 has been my most healing year! I only wish the same for every one else :)♥️
The right boyfriend and the right friends will come at the right time.
Honestly as someone in their late teens u inspire me alot ✨
She's right, I'm about to turn 27 and this summer I finally got to realize how happy I can be😊
Girl, you are me and I am you. Eating and watching movies at home is the best.
I love how you are loving life right now, but, it's twice as amazing with someone you can share an experience with.
She’s living the best life.
shes literally k*lling herself with the food she eats but ok
love the video.
Honestly same. I'm happy in my solitude. If that makes me weird then I really don't care. What works for some doesn't have to work for others😊
So happy to stumble across your channel, living a quiet life is what i enjoy the most and you’re living my dream life.
I’m so happy to find your channel! I felt the same way turning 25 - like my brain just got better lol! You got a new sub 💓
I was like this when I was 24 yrs old. And I was ok. I was doing things by myself and discovered myself. It's a good feeling.
Ya know?
"a 26 year old" in every title and I still manage to wonder how old you are ahaha
The jajangmyeon was so close to the edge, that got me stressed for ur food!
If it were bad our bodies wouldn’t produce it.
cheers to you Julie! And to many many more decades! ❤️
p much on the same boat. 23, no partner, only 1 friend (my best friend) and i am the happiest ive ever been. i recently dropped a 10 year friend ship and finally left a toxic work place and it has been the best decisions i done ever made
As long as u feel contain with yourself and do what u love, learn n grow. It is fine without friends
I rather be alone and happy than have fake friends that talk behind my back.
💯👏💯
I’ve been binge eating really bad this week 😢 and seeing this makes me feel better about not being the only one eating unhealthy food ❤
im in the same position too
don't substract. add :) so add healthy things like a fruit a day. i'm also trying to stop my intake of junk food.
I literally love your dog. The way her head peaks over the table waiting for McDonald’s 😭❤️
I can totally relate to what you're saying about not having had the experience of eating and enjoying McDonald's as a kid. Same here. Yes, it is so good to feel how my inner child now enjoys it.
The life everyone wants, to just be able to eat all the delicious different kinds of food🤤🤭
I love your style of video and when you watched Hunger Games, lol. I just lost my doggo, so I just put your video on to help fill the silence here at home. Thanks for awesome content and I wish you well in your content creating journey. Everything you ate looked amazing!!
I miss being 26 with a good metabolism 😢
Now fasting and low carb
You don't have human friends but you definitely have the bestest kind of friend 🐕
am i the only person that loves what u eat regardless of it being healthy or not they all look soooo yummy
I know right, but I can’t help but feel sorry for her. No one should be eating this much junk food :( I’m not trying to judge but I used to binge a ton and I definitely wasn’t happy.
@@nggapraying4392 i agree, she seems like such a sweet person but i can't help but feel a little concerned. she did mention she was working towards a healthier lifestyle though, so let's just hope it's temporary!
It’s going to cause so much problems for her in the future, everything in moderation
She is eating way too much junk food… you can already start to see the effects…
@@jasxteo i was thinking I was the only one in the comments that noticed this. I only say this because i was once in a place of binging foods like this and I did nooooot feel or look good.
I love how you enjoy your food. Seriously we should all live our lives how we want. No need to conform. At the end of the day being single has many pros. So much freedom!!! Mochi is a sweetie.
okay food, love for yourself, your furbabes, mcdonalds AND hunger games. girl. Youre a whole mood. Subbing.
idk why but this video made me so happy. you're amazing
Julie your captions are always a mood lol 🙁☠️☠️
