If someone gets around 310 to 330 marks in BITSAT then if you only want to get CSE at Pilani Campus then whether he should prefer dual degree in economics above above single degree e-inn in Goa and Hyderabad what should be the preference order that he should filled in his form in order to get dual degree so that in second year he get CSE at Pilani?

You can never guarantee dual degree CSE like that. It depends upon your first year CGPA which depends on your first year study. It's not like JEE.
Yes but statistically it's Goa to have higher chances of CSE, because it's not having branches like Manu and Civil etc
