What is the practical reason for letting a car that doesn't make top 10 earn fastest lap? Make it a top 10 only fastest lap. Why does it have any effect if you can't score a point? Also why not let any team score a fastest lap point?
@MinisterofMotorsportf1news did not know this. Can't recall another time. A team out of the top ten pushed for the fastest lap. There might have been one recently but I think it was more. They didn't make the top 10 but could have or might have. Not like a backmarker, tried for it that I ever recall.
It's hard to take channels like this seriously when it is obvious the person talking has never watched an F1 race in his life. You pronounce every single driver name wrong.

Probably not panicking, they are still very fast. Just make a bendy front wing, and slightly bendy floor, and they will be on Mclaren a pace

They is financial compensation that's why teams still go for it
