Saturday I went fishing. They wouldn't eat anything else but live minnows so I started fishing with them. 5 minutes in the bobber went down. I set the hook and it was a awesome fight but at the bank my line snapped. It could have been my pb or pretty close too it.😥 I see it every time I close my eyes
My man!!! Got me a 5+ pounder this morning partly thanks to your "if it was the middle if the summer i would use a walking bait" comment. Down in Central FL it is certainly mid summer. Thanks Tyler!!
Love the uncut videos. Absolutely loved you getting 2 snags and hung up the boat.... not to mention the patroler getting snagged on the wood. It helps us amateurs feel a little more normal with the small mishaps we have... thanks for always providing great content Tyler. I appreciate you and your channel...
The frog is my favorite lure. I use the Lunkerhunt frog with the spinning feet. I love the action and gets fish attention. I always learn something new in all of your content. Thank you Tyler
I've had that lure on a shelf in my garage a couple years now. I'll have to try it. I thought it was pretty much a novelty bait like the Lunkerhunt turtle
I love the consistency of this channel! Could you do a versus video, where you use the same exact bait on braided line and fluorocarbon to prove if the fish really care about the line visibility
Great video. It shows the amount of effort that really goes into making your videos. Several hours of fishing, not including several hours of prep, getting the boat into and out of the water, and still not counting video editing. Normally it's a 20-25 min video which in reality took all day to get footage. Much appreciated. Also I can now tell my wife i need multiple rods so i don't have to change lures! Also i never would have thrown into those sticks where you caught the 6 pounder. I would have lost every lure!

It's one thing to be taught theory and how-to and what should be done...it's an entirely other thing when you are actually on the water facing real conditions.

No BS I'm almost certain I caught a fry guarder. Last weekend. I hooked him. He broke me off. Prob about 5 lbs and then I got him in that same cove 45 mins later on a jig. He was Uber protective of that cove. Would have loved to see the female lol and I'm down I'm west central Florida.
I’m struggling with the frog I can’t put it down that’s all I wanna catch them on I’m hooked on frog fishing I think ima take every other bait out of my boat and just have frogs lol
Yes, I’ve caught thousands of bass and weighed hundreds. I’m always within 1/4 to 1/2lb, sometimes dead on. The bigger they get the harder it is to tell though

So you don’t lose it. A big fish jumping right next to the boat several times while you try to get your hands on it, is much more likely to get off than a swing when the momentum is in your favor
@@TylersReelFishing reason I ask is I had 3 jump off of a whopper plopper on a 7'M w/moderate action so was thinking maybe need to go up to MH with a fast action to help keep them pinned on those jumps. OR I didn't get a good hook set because I am like 9 weeks post op shoulder surgery lol!😬
