latest 3-way race between the gt63s 4matic+, m8 and rs7 performance from carwow was a huge hit, maybe if you could do something similar with full reviews/comparison it would be nice
Great vid. Plus can you give a heads up between the 2024 RS6 and RS7 performance having driven both? Same engine and performance bits, they should be very close other than the weight.
@@TimRodieDrivesStuff Id driven both - have a 24 RS6 perf... they do drive 95% the same, however, the RS6 definitely rotates better- bit like the RS4 handling sweeter than the RS5... Audi just have the wagon down pact. Also the road insulation is better in the 6 as its got properly sealed door seals vs frameless doors in the 7... you have to get the air suspension option though... I had DRC in my last RS6 and it just is too hard for most of your driving needs, where as the air suspension rides like a bentley continental in comfort
Rear curtain airbag is standard and that's used for all safety tests. The side seat ones are the option and limited value if you wear your seat belt. But loved the review
Nice. Also looks good (i find the rs6 is a bit overdone on the styling). Still prefer the styling of the C5 RS6, and B7 RS4 where as they look a bit more subtle but still aomthing special with the pumped guards, aluminium mirror covers and oval exhausts but other than thay, quite understated
Great report as always. I can understand the ceramic brakes (the rear discs look tiny compared to the massive front ones) being extra but not the special suspension on such an expensive base price. Even if I started searching down the back of every sofa in Britain tomorrow I would be long dead before I had enough loose change to afford this car. By the way I bet that passing cyclist has reported you to the relevant authority for talking to the engine, so beware of anybody dressed in a white coat!
Man I love your work, first time visiting your channel, awesome review with lots of humor! Keep it up Tim, you got yourself a sub and a like. Too bad Audi is keeping it a bit stingy with (like you said) features standard in a regular VW or €15000 Hyundai. And the lack of side airbags in the back really did disappoint me! That's sort of things BMW usualy does to make you pay extra .... "Oh, you want a steering wheel, well that'll be €5000 extra for the driving package".... Anyway, well done and looking forward more reviews from you. PS: I own a 2016 S8+ in Nogaro blue (the only one in that color in Sweden) with just 20500 miles on it, it's an absolute rocket, I can image how fun that RS7 is :)
Had to step their game up since they killed the R8. 😂 As a BMW I always liked the RS7(along with the RS5 and RS6) so it’s nice to see it being levelled up like this. 🔥
I have the c7.5 and prefer the overall look of mine over this c8. Your car is Ascari Blue, same as mine. I would love to get those wheels in titanium grey but the 22" are an issue on the c7.5. Looking into replicas.
Ya same here I have c7.5 still prefer it over c8 The rear it looks weird from the diffuser to unibrow taillights and don’t know what I think about front bumper.
yeh dont get the air suspension, it makes the car too hard... the turn in is not because of the DRC option, its because the turn in and rack has been changed, new light weight wheels, new light weight diff, new rear diffs - the car is fundamentally different to the old one... I had the old one in DRC and it didnt turn in anywhere near like the new one, on air or drc
@@TimRodieDrivesStuff Traction problems!😄 All jokes aside you are right with the airbags in such a car. Thank you for replying. until the next one! have a good weekend.
I love Audi's they are the best looking cars on the road.
Brilliant fuel consumption for a mean heavy machine like that. Very surprising
Great review, Tim
Love a fastback!
This would look amazing with silver wheels 👀
It’s for cool Dads that want to have fun too! Just like a Zafira VXR 😂
I loved the blue Zafira VXR… and it had silver wheels. Truly the glory days of motoring
I first saw this car in the movie 'Agent 47' and loved it
I prefer the looks of the rs7 but practicality of the rs6
Love it Tim! Great review and stonking car!
Danke schön!
Just bought a new 2024 RS7 Performance. Haven’t driven much yet but thanks for all the tips about it features. . Great video loved it!
Thanks! Enjoy your new car…. I think you will
Congrats. Crashed my 2023 rs7 few weeks ago

total annihilation was a great game, I remember building a Big Bertha and firing across the map
You’re a great presenter, really nice job.
Thanks, that brightened up my morning. Have a good one!
Where’s your weird cheque jacket. It isn’t a car review without it 😂
I know!
When he stood in front if the car, he was camouflaged and only his head showed 😂
It was too warm so I got my moobs out instead, apologies. It shall return!
Safety should be standard across all cars. It beats logic to put a price on side airbags for the back passengers.

I've not driven the RS6 Performance sadly - just the normal one that was out in 2020. Industry colleagues say they feel pretty much the same…
@@TimRodieDrivesStuffthanks for the reply. Thought I'd seen you review it lol. Love your work, please keep it up. Cheers
@@chickenclipsjust finished test driving and reviewing the new RS6. I loved it and currently editing the video.

Needs more buttons, but very nice.

These days it’s more normal for motorists to talk to their batteries.
“Please don’t run out, please don’t run out”

The laser lights are great on country roads.

How would you say this fairs against a Cadillac CT5-V Blacking? When my lawsuit settlement check hits I want to make the right decision.
Absolute class (the car and the review)... And bollocks to all that electric powered nonsense! deine Felgen sind massiv..
That steering wheel material will age like milk.
4:35 clearly you’ve never heard of the lotus emira then… 😐
Unless it has a locking center differential, it doesnt have 4wd, it has AWD
How many wheels does it have genius?

Do you mean the DRC suspension will make the car ride too hard? The air suspension is extremely smooth.
you don't want airbags at 300km/h 😅 that's the message
If I'm hitting something sideways at that speed I think I probably have bigger problems :D

Should have watched some reviews they all said the same thing 😂
was für eine riesige Felge du hast 😮

£136k 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Lovey machine but isn’t it just a little bit ugly?
