I'd love to see a video about different sound board materials. Thanks for this video. Helps me as I tinker with different calls
Very nice presentation. Ordered to copper over glass a few weeks ago. Definitely a higher pitch call ever more so than the video. Also got the carbon striker and it runs good wet or dry. Will definitely be using this spring.
I was on a mountain top in Colorado..hit my copper call..didn’t hear any response..10 min later he was there..and gobbling hard..it’s just like you said..they can hear it further than you can hear them.definitely NOT a call for the last 100yds or tree talk but best for reaching over to your neighbors property lol
That copper sounds closer to what I hear out in the woods. Picture in your mind that he talking, copper sounds better to me.
Where is the 4th horseman.. ALUMINUM?
Like the copper call
How can someone see and purchase your calls? When I go to your website, I see only one call and a lot of t-shirts??
what difference, if any, do strikers, in different woods, make when used on the same pot surface?
They definitely do change the sound lol idk why but with my own experience, simply running a different striker it definitely changes the sound of the call!
You can get numerous different sounds from same call with different strikers- different weight of striker, different wood striker, graphite striker, all change sound
What’s the details on the copper you use?
Does the copper mess with your ears outside just as bad?
Have you ever done a review on the Ol Sly box call?
No, Matt does so much with it, so I try to cover different things.
