I was on a mountain top in Colorado..hit my copper call..didn’t hear any response..10 min later he was there..and gobbling hard..it’s just like you said..they can hear it further than you can hear them.definitely NOT a call for the last 100yds or tree talk but best for reaching over to your neighbors property lol

I know the feeling. I spent last week hunting turkeys in Nebraska and all I got was a sore butt. I took 2 of your pot calls with me, a double copper and glass and a double ceramic and glass. I really love the sounds they produce. I also got some great compliments on their sound from my buddies. You guys do good work!

Ok, maybe you addressed this and I missed it. What's the purpose of the double-sided call?
You can have 2 calls in 1
Usually one of the sides is going to be metal (aluminum, copper, etc) and metal produces a high pitch sound that carries and can cut through the wind. The other side is going to be ceramic, glass or slate and produces the same sounds but with a lower pitch and softer tone. Basically metal to call in a bird that is good bit away and then switch to ceramic, slate or glass when he gets closer.
Y’all definitely put him on speed dial! Got my new spring fever calls a few weeks ago and can’t wait for season to open in 2 weeks!

Great video on using your woodsmanship and knowledge of the woods when those birds got lockjaw . Just got my mouth calls I ordered last week been a calling fool in the truck got our 2 1/2 year old yelping in the backseat lol on the way to and from daycare lol. Do you recommend a conditioning stone fro slate too…..I have used my conditioning stone on my glass call….noticeably better sound……I wondering about my slate calls…….still not getting the sound I want..
On slate I use a soft green pad
Also I should have realized this but you brought it home,…….
I am watching this vid for the second time……right conditioning for the type of material..most of the vids I watch show the same type of conditioning……you just proved em wrong.
WOW….your the first person who stated “snap the wrist “ a major improvement in my calling…..I have been struggling with the purrfect sounds…..but with the wrist snap….OMG…..I can immediately tell the difference……thanks to going in-depth.
I agree 💯 can’t count the number of times been set up on what I thought was a lone Tom and waited too long to have him pitch to hens calling on next ridge or across valley. So yea I’m gonna be that first hen he hears if I can.

I have the cherry glass call as well as the copper and both are great sounding calls and I must say for the price you simply cannot find another call made as well or sounds as good as these calls. Thanks for the info I look forward to using them both this spring.
