This concert feels like a children’s concert but for grown ups.
...because that's exactly what it is
Feels?
What makes you say that
Yeah I mean you watch these faces and directly feel that there was this naughty feeling you had that time had thrown 20 years of earth on and suddenly you dig it up.
Well they been around since many of their fans were kids 😂
I had a kid in school named Kyle whose parents were going through a bitter divorce. That same year this song dropped. I think we all know where this story is going.
Let me guess. It started off with.
WEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLL.....
@@furionmax7824 lol it was her ring tone on his cell, and the courts made him legally change it saying it was damaging the child.
@@meganlewis2424 mother of God that's hilarious.
@@meganlewis2424 the court forced him to change it
@@EarthySmerky yeah, they said it was emotionally damaging to the child to hear it lol.
Kyle's voice actor:dont you do it!
Eric's voice actor:*starts singing*
Kyle's voice actor:*starts vibin'*
lol those two are Matt Stone and Trey Parker, aka the creator's and writers of South Park. Voice acting is basically a side gig in comparison....
Well not gonna lie it do sounds good tho
Even they know it's a banger just like how the kids around the playground joined in during the movie when Cartman started singing it because it was super catchy.
@@ricniks4619 wait a minute, this happened in the movie?
@@magikaros Yeah if I remember correctly the kids were upset about Kyle's mom starting some club that didn't like Terrance & Philip's swearing & humor since it was starting to effect the kids so they banned them from watching it. & Cartman just began singing this at the school & everyone just joined in.
You can tell Trey and Matt were having the time of their lives.
Matt and Trey are a gift from God.
I think everyone was
I'm going to hell for this. Lol.
lol they were in dresses and were coming down off acid during this
If a simple paper cutout animation you and your buddy made for fun became a worldwide phenomenon, how would you feel?
The background singers getting into it is amazing
I really enjoyed their energy!! It was so heartwarming to see
Yeah hahaha the blonde is the best.
They absolutely made the performance.
Feels like that chorus line at the end was improvised on the spot.
Colorado tabernacle choir….mmmkay?
Ahh the amount of 35-45 year old men (and some women) all singing this in an arena, reliving their childhood all in unison really is something to behold
Not to make this into an issue but I see 50/50 women and men there.
Xoch - Kyles mom is a better version, wish they had took that route with it.
Well children aren't supposed to watch south park . I did and that was bad mmmkay

I wouldnt exactly say childhood lol
@@SamMito28it would be childhood, the movie came out during Season 3. That’s 1999. Middle aged would be about 40-55.

It's hilarious to see Matt as Kyle clapping along to get everyone to join in too
I actually like to think cartman is acting homeless as a scheme. seeing as he never changed and his manipulative ways would only grow.
Those backing singers were INCREDIBLE!!! 10/10 to those awesome ladies!
Very much agreed, they added a whole new level of energy to the show, specially the brunette in the red packa her facial expressions were hilarious and they were all putting their all into the show
I admire how they're wearing winter coats and hats under those scorching hot stage lights!
*bitches!
At first I thought those are kids...

RIP for a kid called kyle that is watching this ☠️
He sang the whole song.
LIVE.
IN CARTMAN'S VOICE!!!
It's a great performance regardless but the mic is pitch shifted. His voice can't handle doing cartman like he used to.
@@open_e8754 oh.
Still, his vocal chords took a serious beating in this concert.
@@indian_coaster_enthusiast No doubt the concert was probably a big drain on them. They mentioned it on the Comedy Central / Paramount Plus video, the reason there's so many microphones on stage, is because of having to do the pitch changes. Which they do on South Park now days, they speed up their voices to get the pitch right.
It was so keewwll

Same. I was 10 years old at the time, for some reason this stuff appeals to immature minds..
Ironically it's just as funny 23 years later ^^
I was 12 when I saw this is cinema. It's hilarious to think that in my country this was rated PG at that time. I just watched the movie two days ago with ny girlfriend who had never seen it. Totallt into musicals so she loved it. The background singers are so good in this one.

I honestly couldn't keep a straight face singing that song live props to matt and trey XD
Honestly it’s not that hard once you get into the song it’s easy to keep up straight face for me, of course I suck at singing
The backup singers keeping it straight is the real talent. Matt and Trey have known the song for 25 years lol.
@time to leave earth That's it, you're going into orbit.
Between the lyrics. The backup singers and the fact there are thousands of people right in front of him singing along to this and clapping to the beat.

One day you're dropping acid with your buddy and crashing the Oscars, next day you're doing a concert in celebration of South Park. I will keep following these guys' story to the very end, they're the "most interesting men in the world".
They didn't drop acid (as far as I know) they dressed up as women when they crashed the Oscars in the 90s...

The “la li la la” part is impeccable. Pure art

I'm totally digging the background singers. No matter what song or genre, the background singers are always the ones to watch.

Man this kinda brings tears to my eyes. Seeing so much people and the fucking show creators having fun is just so wholesome and not a thing many shows can say they've accomplished. Props to the fans and the creators for knowing what their fan base wants and also for knowing that the fans still love the show after 25 fucking years. I can assure you that if Matt Groening did something similar for The Simpsons or Futurama the impact wouldn't be the same.

Matt and Trey are truly legends!
I don't get why Kyle still keep defending and make excuses about his mother despite the fact she's his mother and he still love her no matter what, but everything what Eric Cartman said about her back in the very first South Park Christmas episode and in the first movie are true. Plus everyone even Stan and Kenny agrees and enjoying listening to Eric Cartman singing about Kyle's mother.
dude...
it's not that deep...
it's a fucking TV show 🤦♂🤡
Jews
Because she’s his mom, that’s why. Cartman defends his mom whenever Kyle, Stan and Kenny call her out as a whore which she actually is. So why’s it make any less sense that Kyle would defend his bitch mom?
to me Kyle mom has good intentions and wants to do the right thing but fails to see and realize her own mistakes or makes thing a lot bad than it already was and the message with Kyle mom is that you should never force your views onto someone as people need to see and realize their own screw ups as people are like children who need to realize and see things more clearly
Never thought I would see a bunch of people dancing and singing to Kyles mom song 😆
That "children concert" feeling is amazing. 😆
The first time me, my two sisters, and our high school friends saw the movie and this song came up, all we could do once the song ended was laugh like crazy and say "Oh my God". There were 11 of us in the basement watching it, and the cacophony of laughter and "Oh my God" was hysterical. To this day, this song still makes me smile and say "Oh my God".
Best "South Park" song ever! And that was a fun performance. I love that the back-up singers are all dressed like Cartman.
Imagine being in Morrison County and hearing this blasting at 10pm 😅🤣🤣🤣
That's so good! They had the backup singers do the foreign parts. Love it!

Trey Parker and Matt Stone really are geniuses 😂😂
This has ALWAYS been my favorite South Park song. Sometimes for no reason it will pop into my head and I end up singing over and over again for hours at a time.
Imagine if Sheila actually saw Trey and Matt performing the song live on stage herself. She would have a heart attack to see to grown men acting like children.

It's sad that the lady who originally spoke for Sheila and Wendy couldn't get her demons under control.
