fun fact: This part of the song, "Raccoon's golden balls are dangling in the wind“ is originally from a Japanese folk song.
Moreover, that is a paraphrase of the hymn "Shall We Gather at the River?”
lyrics:
tan tan tanuki no kintama ha
kaze ni fukarete burabura
(たんたん狸の金玉は
風に吹かれてぶらぶら)

@@user-iv8ls8yo7hit’s written bad on purpose. in the 90s many anime openings had random English that didn’t make sense.
The fact the song makes no sense is more accurate than anime fans are often willing to admit. Japanese pop music from the 90s in particular was often made to sound good vs making sense and even would often include English words or phrases if they couldn't make it sound good with Japanese, you still see it done sometimes. The new extra verse added for this concert is a modified version of a Japanese children's song which is called "Tantan Tanuki no kintama" (The balls of the RacRac Raccoon). In the original version the first verse tells the story of a raccoon's balls hanging and moving even though there is no wind, and depending on the region where the song is told, in the second verse something different that has to do with some other animal reacting to that fact happens, usually humorous like the son of that Raccoon imitating his father and also moving his balls, or some other animal biting on the moving balls.
In this South Park version, it is only the first verse, but instead of the balls moving even though there is no wind, it say the balls where moving because of the wind.
