    Regardless of whether the trial continues as it is, I hope and believe that the core of the case is simply too strong and that the jurors will be able to see what is actually significant in this case, no matter how much the defendants try to cast doubt on witnesses etc.
    This is a case that has affected many people beyond Maya and her family.
    I hope this case will be a wake-up call for all instances that can be involved with patients who are admitted to hospital, and especially in relation to children. Let it be such a strong wake-up call that this never happens again, and that laws and rights are strengthened and maintained better than Maya and her family have had to experience.
    I believe that justice will be served here. Maya and her family are fighting an important battle. I hope they get everything they ask for! 💞

    Pay attention to what you hear; the measure you give will be the measure you get, and still more will be given you.
    How’s that for divine justice?

The way he speaks of Myah and her pain her trauma her disease her family is disgusting. Its so hard to watch. Love and prayers to Maysh and her family. How horrible to take a sick child, a child that was so well taken care of by two loving parents and loving brother. Close family friends in her neighborhood, supports her uncle and her friends. CPS the hospital and doctors took everything from Myah. The knowledge that Mayahs mom knew about her condition, was a nurse and questioned her daughters treatment. These horrible people traumatized this young child, took her from family, friends, church! There was no investigation. Her parents were professionals and they tore this family apart. So sad

    • @victoriarosementer
      @victoriarosementer 8 месяцев назад +2

      in response to your comment & the replies, the reason is because after Beata-Maya’s mother-committed suicide, Maya was released from the hospital’s custody & was no longer a ward of the state, after over a year of further litigation throughout the courts which had continued to place certain mandates on the specific ways in which her father & other doctor’s were allowed to follow as a treatment plan, Maya was eventually granted the right to pursue therapeutic options which included the same ketamine therapy that had produced positive results in the management of her disease in the past before the relapse in systems which is what initially triggered the ER visit that set this whole situation in motion. relapse happens in disease, especially when in reference to complex neurological disorders that have a wider range of physiological symptoms that often require utilizing multiple different treatment methods to prevent further deterioration & re-stabilize symptoms to a manageable degree. Maya sufferer immensely in the time that she was prevented via court order from continuing to work with doctor’s of her/her family’s own choosing, she has since spoken about the various therapies which have given her the ability to improve her condition, along with others that did not necessarily work for her but have worked for others. to automatically assume & attribute malice to her mother while having no knowledge of the actual facts which make up the foundation of this case is quite frankly reckless, it is precisely the same kind of behavior that lead the hospital staff to jump to such drastic conclusions-in this case & thousands of others-which ultimately caused irreparable harm & pain to this young girl, her family, & the mother who was so disaffected by the system which claimed it was meant to care for her child while they were actually harming her, & felt the only way Maya’s situation would be taken seriously in the manner that it should have, was for her to take her own life. you need more than a feeling or opinion to justify taking any of the actions taken on behalf of the hospital in this case which ultimately led to the horrific reality this family will live with forever. i truly pray this was informative to you all.

      Dystonia has objective measurability that can be seen by material neurological evidence. CRPS is a complex neurological disorder with falsifiable markers, meaning that a qualified neurologist can accurately diagnose CRPS based on the specific data in which certain factors present themselves in the brain & that can be as so documented.

    • @victoriarosementer
      @victoriarosementer 7 месяцев назад +1

      @@msjulsfl this is correct. Dystonia that persists along with tardive dyskinesia is also diagnosed by a Neurologist & does in fact have neurological markers that are indicated through imaging of the brain…considering that this case involving a hospital-one of the most difficult parties to successfully bring a lawsuit to-actually went to trial, it would be my educated guess that multiple scans were done to confirm the accuracy of her diagnoses.
      even IF the hospital believed that her symptoms were psychosomatic, the burden would be on them to run the proper diagnostic tests to determine whether or not a physiological disorder could be ruled out, considering that at the time she was under the hospital’s care she was their responsibility.
