    I am not convinced that everyone understands the reasons this attorney is working this the way he is. Genius to continue direct after any and every break. With confidence, he understands and is being extremely careful in his ability to present this at his jury's level....
    I am in ahh of how little the defense objects to this witnesses' ability to roll on and on....the judge also is very lenient with this roll.
    This witness, with all respect, is amazing and in my opinion, a blessing.

    They need an expert to come in and explain how CPRS/RSD works and how the ketamine infusions actually work. It isn't the same each time and it can take time for it to work. The nervous system has to be reset. And sometimes the flare ups are so bad it takes several treatments to help it. Fact is she had already been diagnosed and treated by Drs for CPRS. The hospital decided it was in her head. And the mother was causing it.

Honestly, I don’t think that the hospital should be liable… but if the plaintiffs lawyers were competent, I’m quite sure they could’ve pulled it off. Stop whining about decisions that were made in favor of the defense and answer the judges question. If you can’t make a split decision in a court room on how to change a strategy based on the judges decision, then maybe you need to go back to law school.

    This doctor blew the case. Ketamine is addictive. Sounds like mom did have munchousen by proxy and killed herself because she lost control. In my opinion.

    • @TwinMama09
      @TwinMama09 Год назад +1

      Ketamine is not addictive in the physical sense that you go through withdrawal symptoms and that is what withdrawal is a medical requirement to have that medication. You become psychologically addicted to the way it makes you feel but that doesn't mean that you're going to have a physical reaction because you're not still taking it so someone needs to learn how to use Google. Maya has been diagnosed by other doctors is having CRPS and lastly she killed herself because she figured out that as long as she was involved in her daughter's care that they were going to continue to investigate with CPS even though they had no proof of anything and they were going to keep her daughter locked up in the hospital. There is no law that says you cannot leave the hospital against medical advice I was just a legal standard to protect the hospital that if you walk out of the hospital and your stitches open up and you bleed out on the driveway that they're not responsible because they told you not to leave. But there is nothing they can do to make you stay, that's why they called CPS to keep Maya trapped in the hospital because they didn't want the family to be able to take their daughter to a different hospital. So the mom killed herself so that they could not use the excuse that they were protecting Maya from her mother and it was true because sure enough within a few days they release my home to her dad. So don't disparage her mother because she was doing what she had to do in her mind for her daughter which was to give her life so that her daughter could go home and be able to get the help she needs and that's why now she's better and is walking into court each day and not in a wheelchair anymore. Clearly you don't know much about this case if you think the things that you just wrote
