I can’t believe this whole situation. This mom has used every loophole to incur untaxed income, free repairs, AND property taxes paid by her veteran son and daughter-in-law. Now, she is ruining the relationship by throwing them out. And you can guarantee, she is renting to someone else under the same situation because it costs more to have a legal rental.
