Lincoln went totally soft and couldnt take the punishment of his gym shaking so much from the thunderous clang of the series of 45 pound plates and unceremoniously kicked Lubby out of the gym. Soul Testing Heavy 30 Rep squats were popularised in the training literature in the late 90s and early 2000s, however every true disciple of soul and strength seeks will find this path without the instruction of others. The Earth shaking sessions continued at Wollongong Fitness World and then Lubby bought his own equipment and went underground where the training continues to this day in 2023
