Hey everyone, I was the Jinx in this video. I want to say thank you to NEACE for his effort in identifying my weaknesses and I think he hit the head on the nail. I am working on them and trying my best to climb now. P.S If anyone added me recently as a result of this video, I want to apologize for blocking you as I thought you were someone raging in my ranked games who wanted to talk trash to me. Thanks again.
You were a good student for sure. This game really emphasized how for ADC this game is in the horror genre. Step out of line in your own jungle and you can get 1 tapped with no counter-play. The way you positioned in the fight where you ended up running away from Talon was excellent; literally everyone dove you when they shouldn't have and they paid for it. Good luck making it to Challenger!
People trying to add someone after a game they're pissed about is the weirdest phenomenon I've seen. I've only had it happen maybe twice when I was (very briefly) playing in smurfs queue. That and when people say "send me your Discord I just want to talk" although I see that more as a joke nowadays haha.
just wanted to say you're in a very similar situation to me, i played ranked in Season 6-7-8 and then dropped to play ARAM with friends just like you (i have played over 2000 games of ARAM) but i only peaked Plat 4 at that time with 250 games in. now that im back to ranked, i got to D4 after 180 games with a 58% winrate, but after that it has been a struggle to get past D4. I think this is my limit mechanically-wise but will try to break through to D3, good luck on your way to Chall !

If the player/NEACE reads this... Be careful of your overusing W randomly. You tend to use it when they have a 99.99% of dodging it (ex: when the opponent is walking to lane, when they aren't actively CSing, etc.). Conserve your mana and look for more opportune spots to use it (ex: 22:10 on Talon as opposed to 22:12 when Pyke's stun lands). Good luck!
This is good feedback thank you. At 22:10 I was W'ing expecting Talon to hit the wards he had just disabled. But my Pyke beat me too it. I also try to W to cancel my auto animation, it often catches opponents off guard.
@@fosbury2181 Especially applies when you are going to last hit the creep they are standing behind and then you animation cancel with W. Btw your 17:00 play pushing the wave to keep tempo for item spike + dragon was correct. You would basically forfiet the dragon if you freezed

Thank you so much Neace!
Off the bat at the 6:20 mark I learned something new. When I play mid I struggle to get the ward down over the wall, but figured out you just drop it on the wall and it glitches over out of range to the other side. This jinx just dropped a ward on bot side tower wall, the big chunky wall, and it glitches thru all the way to the river bush. That's high iq game knowledge I just learned. It's like a 10 second round trip to place that ward, and he just threw it at the chunky wall and saved the Narnia journey plus potential danger of walking there, and it's the kind of ward drop that doesn't telegraph the ward got placed. Thanks for the new trick
I have seen the majority of players in ranks as low as bronze use this and I thought it was pretty common knowledge so to call this some high iq game knowledge is a bit much xD
@@FreeCandy4you I am brand new, I started playing in March. I learn everything from Neace videos, and every video has him picking on people for wasting time and efficiency. @@dandanik8685 my problem is that i play every role and every champion in the game decently, but I'm not particularly good at any role. I'd probably do fine in gold if i stuck to 2-3 champs and one role but I'm having fun and don't care so much. I play ranked as if it was normal draft pick. I know about split pushing, wave management, what to do when ahead etc and can usually carry games by pinging like a maniac but yeah. One day i might give a sh*t, who knows
My mouse is kind of broken, so the mouse wheel doesn't really have detents anymore. Just by moving my hand and clicking buttons my mouse zooms in quite often, and I have to zoom back out. It's even worse in the middle of fights when I can no longer see half the players. I don't know if he zoomed in on purpose or not, but it might be the same for him.
The play at 12:20, IMO bigger mistake was him trying to go to finish off aphelios, pyke had his R up, and he could've finished aphelios on his own as his passive healed him to ~60%hp.
NEACE my man just watching you video's as i queue and just in gen has helped my gameplay so much man overall making me more confident but not ignorance when getting into any situation just stay calm there is always an option in your favor if you don't make dumb plays, and when you watching neace you come to find there are several options in favor for just staying calm and playing your strengths and knowing your weakness. This is probably the coolest minute detail high level discussion intelligent gane I've seen yet, there is just more small details being uncovered in this game for the viewer. This Jinx is playing in a way that allows neace and the player to get down to the minor details so much further than anything I've seen so far. I really appreciate this specific game so much. I'd also like to add with a grain of salt, I am new and it's becoming a theme, I know very little about this gane and I learn more every time; but I'll keep arguing it, Talon is absurdly weak, ridiculously weak. I do not for the life of me understand the fear mongering talk of OP broken talon. At the 32:00 mark, recall retreat from Talon, he's the only one alive and being seiged on his nexus towers. The call is run from Talon he's so broken. "Limit test" it one time for my sake, he used R previously, he's insanely weak; jump in and eat his face, he hard loses I swear he hard loses. He has nowhere to go, no abilities, no way to proc a 3 stack passive, and he's using W rake freely on minions to cut the waves down. Eat his face off. Every time all the time, just eat his face jump on his head, take his ability on the chin and beat the shit out of him. He will die. Limit test it for me
that would be a throw, not a limit test because if the play goes wrong (jinx die),the talon had baron buff and enemy can force a 4v5 and potentially win the game with jinx only alive to defend.
@@yonetoponly6393 Talons in my opinion survive off of the Legend and Myth of being broken, and remnant ptsd of the one time somebody got Prowlers into R auto Q auto passive proc +electrocute and then E'd and hid behind his team. This talon has no R, is flinging his W at minion waves on a 6 second cooldown, can not proc his passive bc he can not get 3 stacks, has no walls to escape, and no team to pick and hide behind. In the very best Neace impression I can muster, "walk up, we are not afraid" "he is out of line and he dies for that" "what he is doing is illegal". Talon isn't Kat, he's not dagger dropping dashes and then scampering away, akali aggression into shroud where'd she go, zed shadow clone jutsu substitution jutsu disappearing act. We walk up and kill him, he has nowhere to go and he has to be in melee range to even pretend to threaten anyone. I'm here learning, and these specific games aren't about winning, they're about learning so that we can take more information away with us when neace isn't around and win those games. Bury that Talon, ranged champ who has shown he can skillfully play his champ against a Talon who has nothing, he dies for that it's illegal
@@xiariser-213 Players who were Grandmaster have significantly less reason to "limit test" (read: throw a game) than you do Talon has almost 2 full items more than Jinx. I would imagine he has Challenging Smite up. Based on the clip, his First Strike should be up shortly. You're talking out of your ass and inting because "it's for the sake of learning" is stupid. Go int in normals, not during a coaching and not during ranked.
the thing is, always play it safe and assume he can eat your face off before you eat his :/ cause even if we get the kill, objective wise it would just mean you'll have to stay there and spend more time AA the wave/towers to push with baron which also means, them resetting and then BOUM they can easily kill you and you'll get off-sync as Neace said. From there on, your team is left without an ADC and you're left without a team :/ and just dragging the game a bit more. Always play it safe and secure, go for the 100% kill instead of the 50% play epscially if it can cost you the flow of the game and probably the game as a whole
hey neace, considering your words about large champ pools, would you say this applies to supports aswell? because my opinion is that as a suppirt you should know and play a variety of champions to fulfill the needs of your adc, so you can play a harmonizing bot comp, and also fulfill the needs of your team
For support you still need a small champ pool tho 3 to 4 champs should be enough. 1 engage, 1 enchanter and 1 mage/dps if you really want to have 1. you can change out the mage/dps for a more peel heavy champ. For example I play braum and thresh a lot, but also play nami they are all very well rounded champs that can do a lot of the jobs tho.
As an ADC, I’d rather you got counterpicked than played a support that you don’t have good mechanics on. Mechanics are literally everything on a support.
Really great video as always. One day I'll book. For now. I've much work to do. Even though my dumb ass has been here since season 2. Really starting to nitpick my inconsistencies thanks to you Neace. Peace and love brotha.
I'm a grandmaster solo q player and challenger player on flex and actually I feel I don't play very well and that there are people in much lower elo that may have more skill than me. The only reason I am "good" it's because I think about what I do and make good decisions not because my mechanics are insane or so. I like the way u teach people about wave management and about if they are getting dived and how to think "how do I throw this game". For ex when u told I would have frozen there I had said like 2 sec b4 well I would freeze here. And when jinx got dived by olaf I was already watching it while none of u noticed in other hand I don't have this guy's skill not even near. I just cs better, think about win /lose cond but lose completly the control under non expected circumstances. That's why I feel reach high elo it's not about having potential. U might be a bad player as me and still reach it but u can't do the great plays u see on lower elos that are risky but are actually beautifull to watch from people who have skill af but don't have the knowledge u do.
I'd also suggest lowering camera sensitivity by like maybe 5 the amount he over corrects camera to mouse movement. Or has to lightly adjust camera concerned for over correcting.
Hope this message gets across, I can't help but really think of how RiotGame could improve their report system for ranked games in League Of Legends, what would your opinion be if Riot games adopted Dota2's in game report system? report during a live match, marking a time stamp when the report was made, then the reported matches get sent to random players to review reported matches, considering that League of legends has giving us the ability to download replays. It should take a minimum of 4 reports for that match to be available for review by the player base players are limited to 3 reports in total per week [they do not stack, so you can't save for the next week to have a total of 6 reports] -if reports were justified the players that submitted the reports regain another use of report Riot games could Also adopt Dota2's punishment system -if there's enough reports that say yes, 'player' guilty of griefing, afk, bad attitude, scripting etc. -That player can only play through normal draft, and champions are preselected from players available champion pool ( the game randomly picks 5 champions for you to pick from, of your available champion pool -guilty Players must win 5 of those draft matches, then they will be able to return to all game modes. [if not, tough luck their account is basically stuck like that until they win those 5 matches -if player is found guilty again in reported matches, they get banned for 2 days, becomes a week, and basically account permanent ban if they keep messing up and if players choose to make new accounts, they must, reach lvl 30, then play 90 hours worth of Normal draft before they can get into ranked match making
Hey Neace. do you read comments from old videos or do you only do it for new videos. asking cuz I left one on a week old video and you never responded. basically just said you are a great coach. and I strive to be as good as you at coaching. to see the game as in a net. like a rule book/script as you see it. and I just wanna say thank you. I will probably never be able to afford lessons with you but watching your videos gives me a little hope. so thank you for uploading so frequently. He doesn't seem to be proactive enough imo, he seems to have an ok understanding of the game but definitely needs to work on practicing some mechanics, u can tell they are there but it's definitely rusty . If he wants challenger he has to be on A game
Where does the title come from? I watched till the end to find the turning point. Spoiler: there's none. Player was mediocre all the way through and even Neace's final consideration was very low
@@crappieking5592 the thing is, as hard as mechanics are to learn, you know what to work on and what to do and how to practice those skills. however with macro you have to be able to adapt to milions of different situations, there is very few good macro guides, and its not clear what you know and what you dont know. and thats the problem. when you dont know what your problem is its hard to improve.

I just went back to watch the Gwen bot lane ff 15 video, 8:30 mark viegar ward drop into river bush, he walks it into place and telegraphs the drop.
I'm in iron/bronze and i do this. Have been since like season 4? Or at least since they made the "new rift" :)
@@ShaddyzZz well when is finaly time to man up and take it seriously? Or do you take pride in sucking at the game?
@@dandanik8685 my problem is that i play every role and every champion in the game decently, but I'm not particularly good at any role. I'd probably do fine in gold if i stuck to 2-3 champs and one role but I'm having fun and don't care so much. I play ranked as if it was normal draft pick. I know about split pushing, wave management, what to do when ahead etc and can usually carry games by pinging like a maniac but yeah. One day i might give a sh*t, who knows
at 10:40 the student zooms his camera in. I wonder how long it stays zoomed in for.
Edit: 12:05 he fixes it, not so bad.
@@Beanzoboy same happens to me every game, I don't know why you can't just disable/unbind the zooming, like why is it even in the game
Much gamer love from a taric one trick who just tryna make it thank you for opening my 0.0
This is probably the coolest minute detail high level discussion intelligent gane I've seen yet, there is just more small details being uncovered in this game for the viewer.
@@xiariser-213 Players who were Grandmaster have significantly less reason to "limit test" (read: throw a game) than you do
Talon has almost 2 full items more than Jinx. I would imagine he has Challenging Smite up. Based on the clip, his First Strike should be up shortly.
You're talking out of your ass and inting because "it's for the sake of learning" is stupid. Go int in normals, not during a coaching and not during ranked.
the thing is, always play it safe and assume he can eat your face off before you eat his :/
cause even if we get the kill, objective wise it would just mean you'll have to stay there and spend more time AA the wave/towers to push with baron which also means, them resetting and then BOUM they can easily kill you and you'll get off-sync as Neace said. From there on, your team is left without an ADC and you're left without a team :/ and just dragging the game a bit more. Always play it safe and secure, go for the 100% kill instead of the 50% play epscially if it can cost you the flow of the game and probably the game as a whole
you're most likely going against worse talons. low elo talons are trash. There's no reason to force it in a high elo where you can potentially throw
Hi Neace! I was gromp in this video, I would like to thank you for not killing me ^,.,^
feelsadcman gets to shoot at one guy and then literally runs away for 20 seconds from talon lmaooo
hey neace, considering your words about large champ pools, would you say this applies to supports aswell?
because my opinion is that as a suppirt you should know and play a variety of champions to fulfill the needs of your adc, so you can play a harmonizing bot comp, and also fulfill the needs of your team
Why does this guy sound like the person that trolled Tyler1, acting like he didn't know who he was? kekw
You sounded like mike Tyson on the intro 😂 😂 😂 😂
I'd also suggest lowering camera sensitivity by like maybe 5 the amount he over corrects camera to mouse movement. Or has to lightly adjust camera concerned for over correcting.
Enjoyed this one as a fellow Jinx enjoyer.
Hope this message gets across, I can't help but really think of how RiotGame could improve their report system for ranked games in League Of Legends,
what would your opinion be if Riot games adopted Dota2's in game report system? report during a live match, marking a time stamp when the report was made, then the reported matches get sent to random players to review reported matches, considering that League of legends has giving us the ability to download replays.
It should take a minimum of 4 reports for that match to be available for review by the player base
players are limited to 3 reports in total per week [they do not stack, so you can't save for the next week to have a total of 6 reports]
-if reports were justified the players that submitted the reports regain another use of report
Riot games could Also adopt Dota2's punishment system
-if there's enough reports that say yes, 'player' guilty of griefing, afk, bad attitude, scripting etc.
-That player can only play through normal draft, and champions are preselected from players available champion pool ( the game randomly picks 5 champions for you to pick from, of your available champion pool
-guilty Players must win 5 of those draft matches, then they will be able to return to all game modes. [if not, tough luck their account is basically stuck like that until they win those 5 matches
-if player is found guilty again in reported matches, they get banned for 2 days, becomes a week, and basically account permanent ban if they keep messing up
and if players choose to make new accounts, they must, reach lvl 30, then play 90 hours worth of Normal draft before they can get into ranked match making
and that last bit should just be a general application for new players imo
i would have shove too because if you froze that will give the opponent a very big wave to farm.
Oh, this is right after you coached the Vayne game.
You need that “anoyying telling everyone what to do” at least one voice for every to follow.
Hey Neace. do you read comments from old videos or do you only do it for new videos. asking cuz I left one on a week old video and you never responded.
basically just said you are a great coach. and I strive to be as good as you at coaching. to see the game as in a net. like a rule book/script as you see it.
and I just wanna say thank you. I will probably never be able to afford lessons with you but watching your videos gives me a little hope. so thank you for uploading so frequently.
I do though have ADHD and Autism so that is a big struggle for me. but I won't let it stop me from being the best!
9:11 I'm an idiot. For years I've trimmed around the canon when I was in that position.
can you ask your editor to hide or blurr the spoilers when you're reviewing the replay of the game 16:35
just showing my appreciation
He doesn't seem to be proactive enough imo, he seems to have an ok understanding of the game but definitely needs to work on practicing some mechanics, u can tell they are there but it's definitely rusty . If he wants challenger he has to be on A game
Wow such an insighhtful comment. You should apply to be NA coach you would definitelly fit in.
So glad for a high elo jinx video!!!!
damn based on his match history i was hoping it would be a shen game :(
32:49 The Red Buff Glitched out started to Slide Foward WTF 😂
On the next vid you need to drink a shot for the last lose 🤣
Hey neace I was the gromp on this match keep the good job
I have question: why can we hear the enemy when he last hits a minion? is it a bug?
Great vid!
How much exp should one have before considering booking a coaching session for it to be meaningful and worth the money
does NEACE stream somewhere?
31:00 you suggested farming solo bottom as adc. This would have killed him with pretty much anyone (olaf or talon)
Neace just might be the goat coach
12:23 I'm confused as to what he cleansed here? Did he forget he didn't have heal maybe or am I missing something?
yes
this pyke is such an inter ive had him on my teams b4
"you'll be like those guys that have played for 6 years and still suck at the game" that's me... I am him...
lmao the last time talon was THAT dominant
The high level games are more watchable. I like the early game with gold and under but it gets boring. This was exciting the whole time.
Would Ghost ever be worth it over Cleanse here? I feel it could've given him a lot of breathing room in some of these fights.
Thank you, I was seriously considering it as I have a lot of counter play with it. Specifically this game...
13:37 how did he know talon was coming? That was so 1337
6:08 did not know that ward is a thing like what?
Love the vids.
How much is it per hr for a sesh??
Great video learned more about ADC in this one video then 5 years of playing league
Is this a re upload? I swear I already watched this video hahah
i need this but instead my team is full of bronzies (but i'm in gold)
bring the daddy neace beard back!!!
Is it possible to climb with Zoe? She's my fav champ
Love you Neace
WORLDS BEST COACH!!! KERIA AND ONER GET SHIT ON BY YOU EVERYTIME!! LUV YOU CANT WAIT TO BUY A SESS :3333
I enjoyed this content algo.
great vid
this was good video
Is he the Chosen One? Destined to bring balance to RIOT?
ok green goblin
such good coaching tho
Where does the title come from? I watched till the end to find the turning point.
Spoiler: there's none. Player was mediocre all the way through and even Neace's final consideration was very low
adc has to be the hardest mechanically but the emotional damage a jungler takes outweighs that I think 😂
Adc needs mechanics while jungle needs macro. that makes jungle harder because macro is far harder to learn than mechanics are
@Bernard I thought that stuff came easy for me but the mechanical part is really hard for me
@@crappieking5592 the thing is, as hard as mechanics are to learn, you know what to work on and what to do and how to practice those skills. however with macro you have to be able to adapt to milions of different situations, there is very few good macro guides, and its not clear what you know and what you dont know. and thats the problem. when you dont know what your problem is its hard to improve.
@@bernard3303 Clueless
The dude literally keeps cleansing nothing thinking he needs to take cleanse because it's a high elo pick but just presses it in a fight for no reason and goes in to chase into a bush when the auto range was clearly not there at 11:26 and you're saying this is challenger potential? There's literally nothing special so far in the video
where is he now I wonder?🤔
hey everyone! im the mordekaiser in this video! i would just like to say it was an amazing game and i had a lot of fun! watching this video taught me about all of the mistakes i was making, which i hope i will not make again!
yes i enjoyed the video
Yes algorithm
That intro so awkward 🤣🤣
Hell yeah
Durability patch kekW
I really love your attitude tbh. Too often it sounds like the coach is trying to babysit the most fragile egg. You just call people noob. And I love it. I need to be coached by you I think XD
Algorithm was indeed right :D
@4:39 my man farts
He zooms in at like 10:55, bad if you want to see whats going on.
I was slightly mad at my inting teammate so I choose to make myself laugh by zooming in.
Nice vids
Great content as usual, here's a comment
agreed
This guys micro and mechanics are near world class
Thank you
