This is gold!!!! Although I have another question. What if I want to divide my data into batches? Lets say I have 1000 rows and I want to convert them into batches of 10 rows?
Hello Arvind, I would use a macro or VBA for that. Here is some simple code in this video ruclips.net/video/0UXWpxbQg54/видео.html - adjust as necessary. Thanks for the question.
I want to automatically insert new row whenever i enter data in the first column last row of the table i work with in my workbook just like Access tables do. Can any body give me some vba code to do so.???
Hello! Good Morning I am new to VBA Excel, maybe you can help me. I am creating DB in just one worksheet, with 3 UserForms: UserForm Customers with the button that call the, Service UserForm with the button that call the, UserForm Type Services. I want to know if it's possible. 1- If the Service was paid in Check, I need to add 3 columns or Line Verification Number, Amount and Date. 2- If the service was paid per day I need to add 3 columns or line 01/25/2017 - day of travel, 01/26/2017 - full day - 01/27/2017 - Day trip. I also need a code that tells the worksheet how many rows have been added for the next record to skip. Example: We have the word "Per Day" in column P6. We need to add 3 rows, the next record has to be added in column A10. Thank you very much
Follow the steps on the video Select your data range ( including the blank rows) Goto | Special | Blanks ( this selects all blank Cells) Hit the = sign Hit the Up arrow Hold Down Ctrl and then hit Enter at same time This will populate the cells for you.
Ya, all videos regarding this subject do not work for me. I have a column of Days of the year, that I want to add 6 blank spaces between each date. I get all the 1's together and the dates separated by 7 Jan. 1, Jan 8, Jan 15, etc. with No spaces in between. Bum.
After searching for 3 months I stumbled upon this video. An answer directly from God's child!

So, with some testing, this procedure works for a week at a time, but if tried for any more days it doubles some days up. Hum!🤔
how to insert 5 rows in after every data row
Do the same 1-14 thing in Column A five times, and then sort
How to insert duplicate rows in excel
Follow the steps on the video
Select your data range ( including the blank rows)
Goto | Special | Blanks ( this selects all blank Cells)
Hit the = sign
Hit the Up arrow
Hold Down Ctrl and then hit Enter at same time
This will populate the cells for you.
