How to insert a blank row after each customer in Excel. In this video, you will find a creative Excel trick. When you have a large list of data with multiple customers, you may want to add a blank row after each customer. This helps to view the data clearly.
We will use the Subtotals feature covered previously to do this trick.

Once you have the blank rows, assuming your data range is A2: G34, how can you insert rows from adjacent columns? The column names in H2:N34 are identical to the ones in A2:G34. Essentially, I would like to create two rows (one for origin and one for destination) for every one row in order to use in Tableau.
