I can’t tell you how much I appreciated this video. My 7 yr old bulldog has been having hard time with allergies and fleas this summer ( never had a problem before) , and I wanted some good remedies for him. So I just started researching , and I loaded up on baking soda , acv, peridone iodine, and coconut oil. I gave him his first baking soda bath today for his skin and fleas, and I’ll use the iodine and acv next time.
I’m taking notes of your products and I’m sure I’ll get those too. I’m really hoping to give my bulldog some relief so I hope this helps him🤞🤞
I hope more new pet owners catch your video cuz the vets just want to keep you dependent on all those expensive ( and stressful ) doctor visits/:
And grooming your dog yourself is so nice too instead of dropping them off all day with strangers. I really regret all the mistakes I made with my previous dog , but I just didn’t know another way.
Thanks again for all the “old school” info 👍🏻👍🏻

I find the outdoors healing and connects us with beautiful nature. When I mow and tend to my lawn, I sweep up/pick up the grass clippings and debris afterward, while neighbors use those noisy blowers (nothing wrong with it, jus not my thing and I am also trying to save money, not spend). Sweeping is good for the arms and as a 62 yo young lady I need the workout, lol! I save all clippings for my compost and mulch, no need to buy. Love this channel and have subscribed!!

I enjoyed your straight forward old school approach and I can tell from 1 handler to another you LOVE your animals.
Handle and love your dogs people, they are a short time with us and sometimes it's Shorter, and most always shorter than we wanted.
Just washed my 150 lb english masstiff in the tub indoors. tote is a little small for her.
    Great video Bro.

So how often do you bathe your dogs? Or is this dip bathe all they need? I’ve been using Zote soap along with Diatomaceous Earth, dusting her, bedding also dust door rugs along with the patio where she hangs out. So far been decent but dusty. Thank you for sharing.

@@FeatherstonFamilyOutdoors You are a perfect example of a guy who truly loves and cares for his dogs and it is very refreshing to know there are people like you out there, setting good examples of showing true love over their pets. I guess I watch too many abused animal videos and so many heartless people are out there showing no compassion or love for the animals they abuse. Believe me, you are very refreshing to watch, there might still be some hope for humanity in this Sataic world.

We gave our dog nexgard. She started having seizures. She ended up succumbing to them a few months later.
A quick Look online shows many people's dogs have died due to nexgard. No vet wants to admit it because they make a fortune selling monthly doses.

Man i love my bluetick pocket beagle. First beagle / hound Ive ever had fiesty, loves the water, listens well, and learns fast! It blows my mind. I've trained pit, husky, shorthair, sitter, lab... i thought Huskys were the most challenging but beagle took me awhile to catch on to!! I was almost ready to give up on housetrainin her at one point. Never been that frustrated with a dog before. But once I calmed down and kept my thoughts trained on Him, she became my best friend and we had an understanding that became very strong. I work her tracking about an hour every day and she loves it and man she knows what time it is when its time, too haha. Named Pepper cuz shes spicy sometimes hahaha.
I hated seeing her suffer cuz my nephew dont work with his dog so Ima get em both treated up with some oils and get this situation back under control.
Usually wasnt a problem but had a pregnant stray cat come in and had a litter we been takin care of and three weeks later... im takin matters into my own hands now. Had two flea treatments not work already, so.
Just wanted to say thanks for the video and the beagles were an extra bonus so you got my sub! God bless you and yours brother.

After bathing put cedar oil, tea tree oil and argan oil on their fur. The first two oils repell fleas and argan oil stops the flea eggs from sticking to the hair follicles.

    • @CarrieGLMT
      @CarrieGLMT 4 месяца назад +3

And I'm an essential oil connoisseur. I use it in my business as well as a therapist. I do believe that tea tree oil is harmful on dogs. Although a little bit of coconut oil on their paws, their nose and their belly is good for their skin. And so is a little tiny microscopic drop of frankincense. Frankincense is okay. It also helps dogs to be cured of cancers that are just starting and other problems cellular wise in their bodies and on the outside of their bodies. A little dab of frankincense every now and then deluded with some coconut oil in the middle of their paws underneath massaged in there is okay tea tree oil. I don't know. I would look into that one because I heard that was a No-No. I'm going!
