Sharing a meal with your dog a simple pleasure but great time. I dislike eating alone at the best of times. My dogs keep me company all the time. Thanks for your time and work.
My friend, thank you for the video. The way you inspect things and enjoying even the little moments - that is what every person should do. Cherish and enjoy life, making it a little better with their knowledge and strength.
Loved the Bloopers at the end. Rufo reminded me of my dog. If I threw a ball for her, she'd look at it, then look at me and go back to sleep. If it was that valuable to me, I shouldn't have thrown it away in the first place. And in the second place, I could go and get my own damn ball.
My beagle would have us throw the ball at MOST 2x until she felt she had successful caught and killed the ball and any throws past that, she had already proven her capabilities
I have watched you from the beginning. I think you are an amazing man. I love this one where you share the meat with the little fella. Thank you for making this series of your Primal life. The difficulties and successes. The trials and challenges. Bravo Chad. Bravo. Xxx
It did not give me a notification that the video was posted. I apologize for my late arrival its so good to see the handsome Rufo once again! Great video as always!
Hi Chad I really needed this heartwarming Rufo video. I had to have my dog euthanized today. A undiagnosed brain tumour caused her to have fits and she was scared howling and screaming. The vet said it was kinder to euthanize. So I watched her drift off and told her how I loved her and that she was going straight to heaven as all dogs do. RIP MooMoo
I have a video suggestion. So my idea for the video could be you experimenting with different primitive life styles such as a nomadic life style (constantly moving around) a semi nomadic life style (moving around but staying at a few places for a week or two then moving on) or even a life style in which you lived in a boat.
I love your channel! I've been watching for more than 9 months & I just wanted to show my appreciation. I love the way your videos are, they're not like the people who "build a mud hut with no tools" all while they have a whole camera crew, you don't talk, you get straight to the point and I love it. Also, I must say, It's been quite the stress reliever while in the pandemic. Stay safe :)
Chad, you should try doing a nomadic series with a GoPro on your head, something similar to your Survival Mode series but in POV. It would mean less work with cinematography, too. Cheers
Hi your my fav idol because your the best Survival in the desert or forest and your talent and skills is very unbelievable your all of your video are so amazing so be safe on your journey be safe
It's funny because my aunt had a dog that's the same breed as Rufo, for about 16 years. Poor old guy recently passed away about a month or so ago. He looks like a sleepy guy, heat must've been getting to him a little.
Dear Chad Zuber. 👍👌👏 Really great footage, congrats. What an amazing place. Thanks a lot for making teaching explaining recording editing uploading and sharing. Best regards luck and especially health to you and Rufo.
@@ChadZuberAdventures 1) You're welcome, it's my pleasure. 2) Thanks for replying, I appreciate it very much. 3) What I simply don't understand is why a channel with more than 2 million subscribers doesn't get more than only 1 percent views out of that. Is it a technical issue or some kind of strange restriction? Anyway, I simply can't get my head around it. Sincerely yours. Post Scriptum: Please give Rufo a hug from me. Thanks in advance.
I have no idea but it’s very sad and disappointing. Unfortunately I am unable to produce much content because my views are so low. I don’t earn any profit from this and have to work other jobs just to fund my channel.
You should buy a little desert camo lightweight tarp for a rufo sunshade rig it with paracord and flex wire at the ends for easy secure points in the rocks...easy set up anywhere.
Thanks for sharing with us your experiences in the wilderness. I read in one of the comments in this vid that your adobe hut was vandalised. Is that true? Btw, thanks for the edible plants website the other day. It was really helpful as a starting point. I am living in Japan. Take care.
I dont know the legality of this in your area.....but it seems like the weave, like on your basket, could be made into a net that you could lay out in the river with a branch at the top and 1 at the bottom that you could pull in when the fish move over top of it. Maybe entice them with a bit of bait after it has settled for a while (scraps of animals or even bits of fruit or veg). Nets are almost as old as spears for fishing after all. Best of luck, very happy you are uploading more videos, thanks
Good observation! I have been making lots of cordage for fishing nets. For most of the fish at the river a net would work better than a spear. I’m going on another adventure right now but I’ll be back at the hut soon enough.
are you thinking about building a small supply shed and or smoke house outside the hut, or adding some height to the hut? ( supply hut to store extra fire wood and add areas to dry things out and keep items safe from the elements so your hut doesn't get too crowded
That can be complicated because every body is different but I think exposure to nature helps a lot. That includes exposure to dirt, sun, water, cold and heat. Obviously eating a natural diet of foods sourced from nature or grown and raised organically is extremely important. Lots of physical exercise too.
I'm waiting for the vids where you work out peyote and tequila. The life of a hunter-gatherer needs downtime. Ruffo no doubt wonders why he's not back home with heating and AC.
9:32 this reminds me of a technique I've seen used for refrigeration, a zeer pot? I think it's called? Anyways, it's two pots nestled in each other with straw or grass or pine needles, any absorbant material will do, even juniper bark, and you fill the void with water. Supposedly it creates a 20 degree lower than ambient temperature in the second smaller pot.
Have a great Primal week everyone! Enjoy some time outdoors.
