Hi Shannon. Great video as always. The flame on your stove could be because you are at a high altitude. Oxygen levels are lower at higher places! Just a thought x x

Yeah I’m hoping that’s the issue, although it does seem to get more air on the smaller stove so I’ve been using that for now
