    I really need to share this with a friend who quit painting cause he saw everyone and his mother using airbrushes on RUclips so he ended up thinking it was useless to keep going till he had an airbrush to paint 'proper'.
    I can see this effect put into a cyberpunk diorama, at the door of a club under the neons and such. Great job.

    Wow! Very nice - the vibrancy of the colours puts me in mind of Syd Mead sci-fi art. Amen, for fantasy modelling - when I grow tired of comments about 'the wrong colour Russian Green' on tanks, I can take a breather with a fictional subject and paint it whatever shade of 'Snargvorpel's Belch' I choose.

      Thanks for your support dude! If I may give a recommendation - start with terrain, do a wall in greys or something, I found myself that it is *way* easier to do this first to understand the stages, after that you'd be surprised, you can put almost any colour in, as long as you stick to the principles. It lays a really good foundation.

    I bought a few of these brushes a week ago as I'm about to bang out a bunch of old sigmarite mausoleums from the AOS magazine that's out .. and I was going to go with just blacks, purples and blues, but I'd love to see you do something on with an eerie effect if possible - Something I can test the brushes out on ;) - I'd also like so see a bit of a more informative video on cleaning these brushes thoroughly. I did see you have a video on the channel, but It seemed to be a more about 'aftercare' video, not so much how to get the dried out paint cleaned up :D ...

      The UK has a perfect climate for minis painting😂 (I do not have an AC or a humidifier). It is more difficult in the summer.
      If you live somewhere dry purchasing a humidifier for your home may be a good idea. They make breathing nicer as well as painting😊

    I bought your drybushes the other week - too afraid to dig in yet. Will abuse your Blood angels tutorial when I get the indomitus box. Still waiting on you doing something a bit more organic (i.e. Tyranids!) as I have a swarm of that yet to paint up - then feed the space marines to them. Help me make them look pretty!

    is it necessary to use white paint or can i use Wrack White drybrush as well? working with white in general sucks. always comes out chalky for me no matter how i thin it

    • @ArtisOpus
      @ArtisOpus  4 года назад

      We'd recommend using white paint. Make sure to uses your dampening pad and a little of the previous brightest colour and it should help with these issues.

      You don't, you prime and go again! I actually far prefer working over a black one (it makes it very easy on the eyes to focus on your minis) - however the camera doesn't have the same thoughts as me! :|

      That could be easily a Slaanesh marine done in the same way and colours.
