    Bill: "Obviously I can't get away with painting a forest rusty" moments later "got this kind of er..."Orange Moss"...."

    • @earlware4322
      @earlware4322 2 года назад +9

      Yeah, I just knew he was going to work in some kind of "rust", even if it was only in color. 😁 Besides, who knows, maybe toxic, alien plantlife rusts on their planet this time of year.

    • @abcgefp
      @abcgefp 2 года назад +9

      @@earlware4322 hey, there's iron in plenty of plants and they oxidize and, of course, become rust colored. Maybe Bill is just that next level.

      Landscaping now? Is there no end to your talent? I tried using those dollar store palm trees for Heroscape terrain with varying degrees of success. Do you know Heroscape? Kind of tabletop miniature war gaming for people too lazy to paint or generally be bothered. Neat figures that might be around about 28mm scale. Might be nice for kit bashing if you can find them. I sold all of mine.

    Hi Bill, I wish you a belated happy anniversary. Regarding your crust juice…. my dear friend Susan, a fabulous theatrical scenic painter, used to make a mixture of paint, kitty litter, and sawdust she called it piggy poo. She used piggy poo when she wanted a lovely crusty texture on the sets and props she was painting. I use piggy poo myself on the sets and props I paint. I know she would be honored if you were to call your crusty concoction piggy poo as well :)

I wonder how well it would take to color... paint, powdered pigments, food coloring? Maybe glow-in-the-dark powder for "radioactive froth" effect.

I got the cue tips so I could use the polystyrene rods after watching the bead bot episode and looked at the tips I had leftover and was just like, wait that's perfect.
