Yes I did, I knew I couldn't dig up the concrete so I wanted to make sure it was correct. Sadly I still wound up with some of the plumbing in the wrong place by several inches.
Great video Andrew! Where will the septic tank be placed? Closer to the house or way out there where you were pointing to in the yard? Seems like they'd have to set it pretty deep the farther away from the house it's placed.
@@TKCL Andrew - I'm just now watching your videos. I had a similar question that Mark B. had a year ago. Did you have any issues with that length of run for the sewer line? How long was the line from your bathroom to the septic tank - I'm guessing about 120 feet?

We wanted a break in the roof and it's how the barn kits come. We do not like how a roof looks with the same pitch and being long like this one. Andrew,
Did you concrete your post before you did your slab?
Yes per engineered plans.
PVC underground or CPVC for the potable water? jus' wonderin'
Cpvc for water, pvc/waste line for sewage.
Why did you use such a shallow pitch roof on the one side instead of continuing the steep pitch?
We wanted a break in the roof and it's how the barn kits come. We do not like how a roof looks with the same pitch and being long like this one. How this is your plywood you use
Sorry how thick is the plywood you use on the roof
1/2 cdx
Did you use PVS or PEX for water lines?
PVC not PVS LOL
Cpvc.. I actually have a story about that, was going to do PEX later but got a surprise water line install that I did not realize I even paid for.
So your saying I don't have to stay in the storm shelter?????
Well about that, someone else has already claimed the inside rooms. I'll let you fight them for one. 😁
I would never put PVC under a slab
It's Cpvc and every slab home I know of down here does that. Until the new pex came out that's been common practice.
What is the thickness of the cdx?
1/2 inch since I did all the blocking.
I didn’t know you could run a Mexican dragline 😳😂😂
Lol
