Yes. I am not sure what is and what is not under warranty. I do know the hull is lifetime warranty. Motors can be serviced at any marine shop. Old Town has amazing customer service and extensive replacement parts. These are just things I've heard, I haven't had to deal with any repairs myself.
I have the larger one 136 absolutely love it.
