Yes almost anything would be the best way to describe what G-Liner can do. But its mainly used for objects and not exactly living things.
So the way it works is simple. Draw what you want. Its brought to life. And it has the exact same powers and stats as the original.
Meaning you can actually conjur the Omnitrix, input the master control code and then go ham on someone ten different ways.
