But being serious now ESTJs get a bad rep, of course nobody want or likes an unhealthy ESTJ in their life's. But when healthy ESTJs are awesome, the boss of my boss is an ESTJ, and more than a boss I consider him a friend. With tert Ne ESTJs can be pretty funny, case and point, Ben Shapiro and Gordon Ramsay. And if they have a healthy Fi, they become pretty sweet people in their own way. ESTJs might be the first to help you whenever you need something and can be pretty loyal people, who might appear a bit cold, but will let their actions speak louder than their words. Just like Gordon Ramsay, even at its worst, you could never say he did not care. No matter how much he shouted it was all because he cared and wanted to help. But look at him now, now that he has dealt with his anger issues he is such a sweet person. He will still speak his mind no matter what, but will do so with the intention to help and improve systems and other people.
I read somewhere that when a person is under pressure or in unhealthy circumstances they turn to their opposite personality using their cognitive functions in reverse order but then they're not being their real self

Not just someone who is resilient enough but also analytical enough to come up with the best ways to ease that pain? I think everyone would want an estj on their side. Good lord. I’m an estj…and this morning I had a coworker complain about who changed some code in our system. I told her what does it matter, just fix it. She went on ranting about how it goes against policy etc. and she basically just yelled at me saying it does matter. I called the CEOs and told them, tell her to fix it and stop whining and stop wasting everyone’s time. I feel she may be an estj also. She loves being boss and gets angry at everyone for no reason. She follows everything step by step and everyone HAS to follow her flowcharts. Unfortunate for her, I am also an estj and I call her out on her dominating shit because I’m not afraid of her. I may be on the lighter end of estj. She’s older than me, but I believe I am far more mature than her. I’ve worked at this company for 7 years. I am their software/media manager. I don’t have my own office, because I don’t give a shit. But this woman is the quality manager and she has her own office. Been with the company for 3 years. She DEMANDED her own office. You know why? So she can play with herself and pretend she’s busy. All she does is give her work to other people and when things go wrong she yells at me to fix her shit. I am the blu person in the entire company that will put her in her place. Takes an estj to shut up another one.
Dont diagnose others with a whole personality types just from your point of view - especially if you only made negative experiences with that person. Youre 100% biased, even if your diagnosis is very sweet, highlighting the pros and cons haha

ESTJ here, I'm told many times I'm harsh and stubborn but the fact that I'm blunt makes it great to shotcall and organise events. I adore the people I've formed a bond with, and very judgmental and shallow to strangers until the situation between us grows closer, wont lie there. I for one don't ignore input but if it's not of value to the end goal, there's really no need for it, more sensitive types see this as inconsiderate, that's a you problem, not a me problem. I've never met any other ESTJ, nor myself, that would abuse power or authority, unless they're very toxic, in which case, that's a personal thing that can happen with all types, surely. My workplace, and my friendship circle (We play a lot of competitive games together) is always met with understanding if someone cannot comply, or has done a mistake. We aren't all "Umbridge" some are "Mcgonagall" :)
