This was the most energetic lot I've ever been to.
Paper Lantern I know I'm late but imagine th 2014 drumline doing the split with this crowd?
ik im rly late but check out 2019 broken city championships lot
The parts are already groovy, but the drumset maximizes the groove. I love it!
I re watch this every so often and it gets more and more vile every time. Absolute heat
I'm sitting in my room home alone yelling along with the crowd. Zero shame.
such an underrated book, I love it
the 2 guys behind bass 1 and 2 @ 6: 03 during the crazy bass lick. best thing ever!
holy fuck man these were good years, wish I could have thrown down
Hey I was here! I'm back up on the truck in the orange shirt! This is was so sick!
I wish I could meet some of those tenor players
blue coats are so hype.
Yeah!
Shout out to the girl in the background gassing them up!!! That’s awesome
where do you get the eq rings?
Cant believe I got to see these guys! By the way, is there anywhere I can find the snare music?
When are the warm ups coming out?
awww yeaa

Hey DCT!
Would it be cool with you guys if we used some of your footage on our channel? We would make sure to give you credit everywhere, just as we have been doing for our other partners in our recent videos!
-LTB Team
Yah its cool
Jesus Christ those bass splits from 6:02-6:09
6:10 someone yells Jesus
1:55 absolutely
It’s light outside at the start of the video and dark by the end
did Jason schladweiler not March this season?
No
3:32 the guy's face in the striped polo should explain everything about that snare break
Man these bass voicing in some parts of this are so sick. 8:20 and 10:12
Will there be any later season bd videos coming?
We don't speak of the blue devils here. No seriously though idk the last time there was a bd video, or if ever, so probably not
+Ben Hlady I'll try to post one within the next week. Didn't get too great of footage though from the Prelims lot, a lot of people standing in the way.
+DrumCorpsTube did you happen to get anything from spirit? there was one exercise that they played in atlanta that i cant find a recording of...
Yes, I will try to get that video up soon as well.
+IncognegroFidelity There are a decent amount of Blue Devils videos on this channel.. and his profile picture is the Blue Devils. so idk what you're talking about
the one sticks in tho
The tenor on the left of rue nani nah (center tenor) what is his name the guy to the left of him he marched blue knights in 2012 and then marched bc in 2014 and 2015 what is his name?
4:29 insane

+Gentry Walker I thought it was "I love koolaid"
+Gentry Walker ive seen you before... hmm
I love the fact that this fantastic drum line is playing by a DO NOT ENTER sign, so if you can't play, PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

The kids face in the back after the wire snaps 3:29
I feel like there is 90% of unnecessary hype surrounding this group. Give that same book to someone like Troopers or Cavs and it'll be an empty lot..
I'd say no other tenor line could play those notes. Bass lines that could play that bass book I can count on one hand. I do agree with you that there is a bunch of hype surrounding Bluecoats but much of it is deserved.
That's the truth man. SCV has a legendary drumline and even they don't get this much hype.
Any other corps could play this book, but the point is that they don't have this book. This book was created for the Bluecoats and fits perfectly with their show. Sure SCV could play it but they don't have this type of book, their book's are still amazing, but Bluecoats book is performed flawlessly and complements both the hornline and comes into his own incorporating the thematic material of the show. SCV and other corps deserve more hype, but the hype for the Bluecoats is still well deserved.
Good ole branding at its finest.
Won't be able to get back into them until the drum set gets the hell out of there. Takes away from what I'm here for.
+Peter Taydus
Hopefully, you're joking. This is the SICKEST lot program in the last 10 years.
+Big R Church!
Never joking when it comes to BLU!
+Peter Taydus The jury is still out for me on the drumkit, but I think the reason for it is due to the metronome rule at warmups. Remember BD got penalized for that reason I believe at Prelims. Could be wrong.
+Jeff Menendez Some what right on that metronome rule. The kit was because Rogger wanted to bring a new feel. I got the scoop at Akron. Also there was a lot of kit in this year than other year in the pit. So it would help too the music primarily all groove based so adding that kit in simulates the groove of the show. Look where it got them, double 99s.
Calm the hell down.
The guy at 7:41 looks demonic.
This crowd is why I do not attend Blue___Coats in the lot.
ram notes ram notes...boring
You must be a Blue Devils fan😂haha one thing for you 🖕🏻
Not so much a fan of any particular line.
Ight then you dont have to watch
You'll love Cadets 16
Cant really appreciate the Drumline with that drum set playing. worse idea ever.
+Dillon B It's becase of the new rule that corps aren't allowed to use mets in the lot anymore so what better idea than to use the set as a tool to maximize a groove. It's not really a device for the crowd but more so for the players. I get it though.
+Cedric Robinson umm, they are still allowed mets. It's easier to feel than with a met.
+Rimenuir Lumfatnur Blue Devils definitely got a penalty for it on prelims might which is why they were in fourth place. Maybe more along the lines of it being amped.
+Cedric Robinson prelims night*
+Cedric Robinson A met is only forbidden in Indy's lot, anywhere else they can still use a met as far as I know.
