Own this, mixed bag- after all it is a first generation. The downside- stem creaks, Power 'lurches' from a standing start and I'm not able to find a 'smooth' takeoff by adjusting in the app, and the first brake squeeze in the morning will grab hard- I found this out the hard way. The good- rides smoother and quieter than my last scooter which also had suspension, parts are available on website, I especially like that the cruise control chirps when it becomes engaged, and variable electronic braking on the left thumb throttle. So my question would be- have you found a 'smooth from takeoff' setting- let me know. And thanks for the review, very thorough!

Kizi, I own two scooters. I look forward to you using this for a hill climb and a beach ride. I use it every day to commute. I have had it since February. It resists water well. I have even ridden it in the snow. It is a solid choice for informed buyers. The tires cost $200. Do you have any questions I can answer just let me know.
