Thank you for the kind words. It was an absolute pleasure hosting you. You're doing great and In the home stretch now! I hope you had a great birthday🎉❤
Again...Thanks Monica...at this point i would be willing, as many others to Push her up Mount Katahdin in a wheelchair if need to be to get her there 😇🙏💪 ....Go Team Steeeeeeella 😊
Don't let anyone tell you that the AT is easy . . . It's a long way, over very rugged terrain. 2 in 10 finish. The best and hardest, and most beautiful part is ahead . . . don't get discouraged.
Girl... I haven't even watched your share (video) yet. All I know, is your a super human... not just because you are incredibly humble and happy (we all ebb and flow), but you wear your emotions on your sleeve (an old fashion saying). Real people doing real things are the greatest gifts of life... And Honey your life and journey is more real than most (almost all). You've inspired many (me for sure) to: Strive - Challenge - Walk - Do - Have purpose - Have Goals - Head in a direction (north in your case) - and about 100 other incredible attributes. Regardless of the "end game"... Your game is of Champions! Champion you are! Inspiration you are! You won 83 days ago... You will win again tomorrow, that much I know. You must also. I live in NH, if and when you come through... I would enjoy helping you in anyway I could. I'm a hiker, but about 1/1000th of what you hike. Happy Trails, not just the AT but Life! You deserve it !!!!!!!!! Kudos for being "brave"! Brave you have been and are!
Nothing worth having or accomplishing is ever easy, or everyone would be doing it. I'd give anything to be in my 30s again, hiking through the beautiful mountains, with the sun on my face and the breeze at my back. I love my job but it's stressful and I envoy you, having time in your youth to do this. Enjoy these moments. Don't quit, or you'll never forgive yourself.
We sometimes tend to yawn when others yawn - and we also shed tears when others do. That's how I left the end of this video - with tears. Try to remember, it's the journey, not the destination and, as someone else once said, "Traveling is better than arriving." One of my college professors had this to say: "The hardest part of any task is getting started." In your case, you have to go through 'getting started,' day in and day out. It is a drain on the spirit, but it is also an imposter - do not allow this imposter to impose its will upon you - remain in charge of your own being and well-being. There is an expression in the ancient Algonquian language of the Abenaki American Indians, and it is this: Wli Bamkanni(pronouced oo-LEE, bomb-kahn-EE)and the meaning is 'travel well.' Some have interpreted it to mean all your travels - your entire life's journey - and not just your travels over distance and geography. I wish this for you in your quest for the AT. Wli Bamkanni, Stella Hikes. Be well, stay safe and, above all - stay strong. It is within you. Do not permit yourself to be defeated.
Excellent advice! Thank you for sharing that great Abenaki saying. It reminds us that the AT was “the” trade route for Native Americans for millennia. We all just arrived in the afternoon bus.
They say you find your true self when you hike! You are doing something I’ve always wanted to do but was too afraid to be alone with myself that long! I find my strength in other areas of life but you keep going my dear keep pushing!
Remember this, nothing you are proud of ever came easy. If you look back at your accomplishments, the ones that mean the most to you are the ones you worked and fought hard for.
Remember you're awesome smarts delightful amazing beautiful!❤️❤️❤️❤️ You're doing great 👍👍 chinups as it not ends yets + you're having fun s !! My heart broke for you this morning, Nyx. It's hard to see such a sweet soul so sad. I wish I could give you a good long Maine bear hug. ❤ I know you'll figure out what needs to change to achieve your emotional equilibrium. May the weight in your heart be lifted today, and filled with the joy you give us. Rest well dear Nyx. ✌️
You got this girl:) you’re an inspiration to those of us at home hoping to do this one day! I just started watching your channel, but you seem to be a really wonderful, tough young woman and I admire anyone who is willing to go it alone and hike that trail especially with the length of being totally secluded and having nothing but your own mind to keep you encouraged and feeling good day-in and day-out. Keep up the hike (and the videos)- you’re really doing great!! And if you need a break- take one!! No one would fault you at all for taking care of your mind body and soul;)
This trail will challenge you physically, mentally and emotionally and on some days it’s all 3 at once. So much harder when you are hiking solo, with no one to sound off to or to commiserate with. Hope you’ve reconnected w Coyote or other hikers pushing through NH.
I would think as of right now you have 278+ people here that would love be at your very location to encourage and give you the biggest hug. Its heartbreaking to see you sad like this. I truly feel you have the mental tools needed to finish this off in style. I think the way these videos work is that they are a bit behind physical time. Hope your still in it and cant wait to see you smile at the big sign in the sky. ❤
Hi Stella, I felt like this few months back on my trek across Tenerife island. I kept reminding myself that the highs are high and the lows are low and it's part of hiking. Thank you for being honest and vulnerable. Whatever you decide to do, it's your choice and no one knows other than yourself what you're going through. Minds can be so strong, but brutal at the same time. You are a real hiker no matter what!
All I can say is don't let thoughts destroy your peace of mind. One of the biggest obstacles all humans have is thinking ourselves out of what is in our hearts and I think it is safe to say the mountains and completing the AT is in your heart. You are truly a child of the mountains. Also in my biased opinion you are so close to the most spectacular parts of the entire trail. You will not regret going forward....Get a mosquito net to cover your head those black flies wont get in your eyes ears and mouth. ❤
What I think she needs is someone to accompany her these last Miles she has to go. A lil Prayer to God for him to help you and guide you the rest of the way. REMEMBER HES ALWAYS WITH YOU MY SISTER.
(HUGS) breaks my heart to see you so weary, lonely, and sad. You are such a strong person doing something relentlessly that I know I probably would have the strength or courage to do. Do what you need to do for you, not for RUclips.
You know you can cover this, a good cry just solidifies the fact you’re doing something hard, tough, and repetitive. You know you got it. Old military phrase that got me through moments of despair, anxiety, depression, fatigue “When the going gets tough, the tough get going”, don’t ask me why it just always worked for me in moments like you were having. You know you can do it, you know you want to do it, and I believe you will. Smile 😊 it’s okay and it looks good on you! You got this!
Hang in there kid. I’m not the best at uplifting peoples moods and usually more likely to make kids cry than laugh but here goes. I just subscribed to your Chanel. It’s nice to hear someone walking through the woods being in nature when you have to sit in a truck all day driving cross country like me. You make the data little better when I drive. Smile. You got a helluva future ahead of you. It’s hard to see nice ladies like you cry and at least no one is try to shoot you or blow you up like they did me on convoys I was on for 5 years there. Also please get around a few people. Maybe you have been a tad too isolated. A lot of truckers I know that have been in the road too long without getting home tend to get a little off. And take a few zeros and hug someone’s neck that you care about. You really do brighten up my days little bit when I drive. If I had a kid I hope she would be just like you. ✌🏻
Don't give up, not for the stories or anyone else, but for yourself. When you get done without quitting, you'll have this to look back on the rest of your life. Any hardships you encounter, you can remember how much harder this was, and you made it through this so you can make it through whatever life throws at you.
You have some big mood swings. Could you maybe get off the trail, spend some time with your friends, get your head straight, then come back and finish the hike?
Your almost there....I enjoy your videos. I'm considering doing it next year. Watching your adventure and willingness to reach your goal makes me excited. The end is always the hardest in anything you do. Keep on keep! ❤
@S. M. 3mph 7hrs 21miles 6am1pm. No stops just walk. Eat at 1pm. I haven’t done it so I could be full of Hot air. Although where I live here in Texas I walk 9 miles to the next city over and turn around and walk home. 18miles in 5h30m
It's okay to feel your feelings, Stella, and that doesn't mean you should quit. You might want to do lower miles (you have plenty of time and are far ahead of almost everyone else) and let some of the bubble catch up to you so you have more people to hike with. It's about to get incredibly beautiful - focus on the beauty of nature and remember the hard times on the AT are also part of the journey. You're doing great! I have so much admiration for you.
Hi Stella, hang in there - you are doing GREAT. As far as black flies and mosquitos go, I have found a dryer sheet fastened to your hat or backpack really helps keep them away. Maybe when you are in town again you could pick some up to try. Good luck - following your hike daily.
You are doing great, Stella! Try not to let your mind persuade you to sacrifice accomplishing your goal for momentary comfort or return to normalcy. When I have dealt with this situation, I try to remind myself that I have already committed and invested a lot and that I can not turn back. Also keep in mind that SAFETY is first. Your safety is more important and should trump all in this type of decision. SAFETY
Stella, don't let this hike get the better of you. Always think of the positive things. You getting near the end and then you can reevaluate your entire adventure.
I admire your strength and perseverance. At least you are honest and showing the good, bad, and the not-so-good. Don't be so hard on yourself. Stella, you're doing a remarkable feat! I could never in a million years do what your doing cuz I hate walking long distances :)
No doubt physical exhaustion takes it's toll on emotions, with extreme highs and lows...... You are on a journey which most of us will only dream about.
Stella, you can and do amazing, HARD things. Proud of you. By now, i know you are better. A good cry can help. Hugs..wish you and Taylor could hike a day or two. She started later. She was in early Rocksylvania on today's vlog. Chin up. Days are tough.
I'm so sorry you had a rough day. You are correct saying the physical, mental, and emotional toll is so draining. I'm hoping you reconnect with your friend and continue on a little more at peace. In '21 on my thru hike I made it to Rangeley, ME after several days of feeling beat up by trail life. I had a major breakdown in the grocery store in town. I fumbled through buying a resupply and Jen from The Roadhouse was with me and helped me get to her car. I spent 3 days off trail just hanging out with other hikers then as we do got back to hiking❤👣 Hike North ~ Best Mad Rat
I just barely found your channel. Im glad you got through it. I live in New Mexico and your hike here was amazing. If you can get through that. You are amazing. Keep going. Dont give up.
Ahhh, Sweetheart, my heart goes out to you! I’m sure this journey is a real test on all levels! I believe you are a very strong young lady, and you will work through this challenging time. Hang in there! We are all pulling for you! Be blessed, stay safe!🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾
Awww Stella 😢, I must have fallen to sleep watching this the first time around, I was so sad seeing you cry! I work night shift and I’m usually watching you while in bed in the morning. ❤
The funny thing to me is that for those of us at home, we have you talking to us, as if we are really there with you. But we aren't with you. Not really. Whatever decision you make will be the right decision for you, because none of us are really going through what you are. Only you are. For what it's worth, I respect any decision you make. Oh, and it seems to me that I've seen lots of hikers start to fall apart by the time they get to New England. I think it's fairly common. Good luck and best wishes!
Good morning Stella! It's just amazing how fast you have covered all those miles and still greet the day with a beautiful smile. But we're all human and have our breaking point. We all need interaction with family and friends. Don't look at how far you have to go, look at how far you've come in a short length of time. That's totally amazing. 🎉❤ I guess you'll have to ask yourself, Is this a race? Am I really enjoying what I'm doing? Maybe it's a good idea to slow down a bit and let your body recover. I asked you before about your diet because I'm anemic and low in protein and that affects your body. By the way your food always looks delicious. ;) I have no doubt in my mind that you're more than capable of finishing what you started you just need a break. I hope you meant up with Coyote soon. Extra nice video! 🎉❤ Cheers 🥂 to you for your miles accomplished. You can do this! 🎉 Good luck, have fun and enjoy your day! Happy Hiking to you! Be careful stay safe and enjoy your Hike. ;) If not go find something else you love to do. You're a life changer! A Wonder woman. Lot's of people are following you. ;)
Nyx, with your videos running a week or so behind, I pray that you do stay on the trail. I had much the same thoughts and melt downs when out there and it hits each of us a little differently but you find the inner strength to over come. Summer heat and the bugs are what can break me with bugs being the worst.
Bless your precious heart young lady . Its ok to let your emotions show because its helps relieve the stress your under . God bless you as your journey continues on this road of life your living.
It happens to all of us. It is amazing how far you have gone and getting closer. I hope you got to camp and were able to rest and get a good night sleep and felt better in the morning. Your doing fantastic and feel proud of what your doing.:)
Dear, Stella. I understand your struggles. Time heals so tomorrow will be a new adventure. Our minds play tricks on us. Work through this. We are all with you on this journey. I do believe once you catch up with coyote you will be fine. Forever onward, Stella 👍❤️🥾
You're awesome! 👍 Something that has helped me is to keep a food / health journal. Keep notes on what you ate, and how you feel. When reviewed later you will find correlations to what you ate , and how you felt. ✌️
You are young, strong and intelligent. You will make a good decision I am sure. Perhaps a break to see your loved ones. You only have around 30 days at 20 miles a day, 40 at 15 miles a day which would be like a day off for you, something to think about. We always look forward to seeing your videos.😊
So sorry you are struggling. It does seem lonely to do the trail alone. You seem happier when you are with another hiker. Also remember that this feeling will pass and you will feel better, every emotion is temporary. I wish you well and hope you meet up with a hiker friend soon.
Struggle is the meaning of life defeat or victory is in the hands of God but struggle itself is a man's duty and should be his joy. So never give up my great friend. Neve give up great brave girl! Lots of love and respect from a solo mountain hiker friend from the Hindu Kush Mountains Lower Chitral District of Pakistan!
Sad to see you miserable. You have always been cheerful, enthusiastic and determined. Being creatures in need of social contact, being alone is not easy. Even Daniel Boone said he got “bewildered” while traveling in the woods alone. Hey, Cheers to your progress and warmth of spirit to succeed! Each day you have accomplished triumphs. Be well. Wishing you peace and fair weather ahead. Happy Trails! “Health is the greatest possession. Contentment is the greatest treasure. Confidence is the greatest friend.” You got this! One foot step after another. One deep breath after another.
I admire your honesty and sharing your emotions with us, hopefully meeting back up with Coyote will help you out. I know these vids are a week or 2 behind, so I'm hopeful your still chuggin along nicely. Sending you a big hug from across the pond.😃🇬🇧💙👊
I wish I could say something to you so eloquent it would actually.make a difference to you.failing that let me state that it is a privilege to follow your journey.all the best from saugus mass.
You did a great thing by sharing your emotions. Thank you. Gain strength from the spirits that have traveled this path before you. Remember, most AT sections were part of the main travel/trade route for Native Americans for millennia. Many spots along the trail are very sacred. When you are feeling down, try to gain strength from the great spiritual masters who walked before you.
Thank you for being so real. I noticed a few videos back you were looking very exhausted. I hope by now you have been able to rest and connect with more people. You are so tough inside and out but embracing the emotions can be so healing too.
Nothing wrong at all with expressing your emotions. Hang in there! Please reach out to our friends and family if you ever need anyone to talk to during the lows. Hope to see you conquer this trail but whatever happens, you've got so much support.
Let it out. Crying is very therapeutic. I started watching your channel because I appreciated and enjoyed all aspects of your emotions that brings the vistas to life ! You are OK and I have faith in you !
Everything you are feeling is very much a part of a thru hike--the highs and certainly the lows as you cover the miles and travel the range of emotions.
You are so close honey. It may seem like you’re goal is so far away, but it’s not. You’re in my neck of the woods, so to speak. You’ve come so far, making great time, and you just have a bit farther to go. You can do this, love. I believe in you. Take a couple of zeros. Regroup. You’ve got this, love. You are amazing.
You got this honey. Dig down deep and get that finish. Take those thoughts and turn it into positivity. The trail will dry those tears. Sending you positive energy. It’s good to have emotion and be human. You are strong and resilient and this girl is rooting for you like many others. Can’t wait to see you summit!
Ahh, bugs. Black flies. Welcome to New England in the spring. It’s not unusual for folks to burn out a bit at this point in a thru hike. I observed it in others and myself, too when LASHing the trail. That’s how my thru became a LASH. You have done great and be proud. Katahdin looms out there for NOBOs but the journey is really the destination. It’s hard to deal with those emotions in a day or two but hang in there. Be Stella Strong!
Awe please don't be sad. Your doing amazing. Don't push yourself so hard. What your doing is very very difficult. I hope you can connect with friends soon. We love you.
Hey!!! You ok? Just take a break for awhile. No hurry!!! You got this !!! We are all praying for you to make it thru til the very end!!! Stay safe, we love you!!! ❤
Everyone worries most about the physical journey while hiking. Can my body hold up, will my legs, back and feet allow me to continue at the pace I want. Then we worry about logistics and weather. Where to camp, resupply, etc... You have been brave enough to show us the real side. The mental and emotional sides. Mentally, you are one tough women, especially with all you have been through and conquered. Thank you for being real with us. It's hard on everyone . The loneliness is especially hard on everyone. I hope you have caught up to your friend and your feeling better. We are all here rooting for you. Good luck Stella!
Stella. I went through a divorce and took to the trail to heal. Let yourself feel all the emotions the AT will bring out of you. For me the trail heals and provides. Stay will it.
Its nice that you have people along the trail to help you out and give you a ride or whatever you may need. Food, clothing, a warm bed to sleep in., a hot shower, etc etc :)
Hang on Stella…it’s burn out and to be expected….look at what’s behind you…you’re absolutely amazing! There is nothing more beautiful then Vermont in the Springtime. It’s the greenest green anywhere. In the Fall it’s lit up with color. You need a Coyote smile.I’m 72 and can no longer walk, but I’ve taken every step with you . New England is my place of birth, where I raised my children as well. It’s so sweet to “be back home again”. Thanks for the beautiful trip along the AT.❤
"I judge you unfortunate because you have never lived through misfortune. You have passed through life without an opponent-no one can ever know what you are capable of, not even you" -Seneca You're choosing misfortune. It sucks, and you may find your breaking point. But whether you break, or whether you find yourself stronger than you expected, you will know yourself more than most people ever will. Thank you for sharing a bit of your learning with us.
Gah, the ending to this one is heartbreaking 💔. There a lots of cliches I want to say, but I'll just leave it at - Thank you for sharing your journey and experiences with us!
Sweet girl. As a viewer, i have watched all your videos and it seems there are some reaccuring themes. Energy vs desire to do miles. The dog came into your life and slowed you down. Storms slowed you down and an infection slowed you down. Being alone. You like it and you don't? You seem happiest hiking with someone. You struggle with that you are doing more miles than a lot of other hikers do. So, maybe sit with these conflicts to see if you can find your your truth and find what you really need and want. You were talking about what you are eating. You have increased your simple carbs. Add more veggies. Avacodos, sweet potatos, berries and spinch. The body cant survive on high intakes of carbs. You are amazing. Take care of you. 💗 . Keep trekking. 😀
@23.19 "The only good part about that is that it died, definitely" 😂 thanks for the laugh! hehe I am a hiker that is restricted in my ability to get out due to having a young family who relies on my income. So I am LOVING your videos! I'm also secretly wishing we could switch lives - you could socialise with my peeps while I get some mileage in for you! 😉We could both win there!!!! You get the break you need while I get back into the outdoors (I miss it so much; my last hike was 3 weeks ago but only for 4 days!) I think you are doing amazing. Thank you for sharing the journey ❤ I'm cheering you on from Australia 🌏
So interesting as I’m vegan and was wondering if I was going to have to go back to veggie on a thru hike due to limited choices. I agree as my body since being vegan has felt so much better. Sending happy hiking vibes and happy trails.🤘🏻⛰️🥾
Hang in there. Stay in the moment. Stay in the forest. Try not to let your mind wander. It's good to learn this. All will be ok and I am rooting for you to finish! Also keep in perspective on what's happening with your body. The body wants those endorphins and if you don't at least get heated up on your zero days you will inevitably have a bit of a crash the next day. Start new tomorrow. Enjoy(the ups and the downs)!!!
in the beginning it’s 90% physical and 10% mental. At the end those numbers are reversed. One day at a time. You got this. Some really cool stuff coming in NH
I've noticed that even the strongest or the fastest hikers like John Zahorian who would sometimes do fifty mile days, going for fastest known times or the happiest and experienced hikers like Kate Cloud cried on trail. Probably everyone who thru hikes at some point cries on trail. Recognize the body and mind are tired, get some rest, visit loved ones if possible but mostly just rest. You'll probably want to finish the trail after that because it's like getting your second thru hike wind, you'll feel better taking a rest.
I've mostly just been silently following your great journey. Not that it matters, but I shed some tears for you because you are such a kind soul and it's hard to see you down. I have nothing to compare this to because I just do 20 miles in the concrete jungle and can come back home. Maybe take a couple days to gather yourself? The daily miles don't matter as much as taking time to enjoy your great journey. You're strong and I think you'll make it through this. I'm pulling for you.
Stella, you are the best. Keep going !. So proud of you. You are a warrior. I wish I had your strength...... Take a breath and remember you have a lot of friends, esp in NYC !
Sorry, you had a tough day but we (audience) think you're fantastic. Take a break, try to meet up with another thru-hiker (Coyote) and hiker together. Sounds, like you need a little company.
Please don't leave us/the AT!!! We've become so invested in your success! Indeed, this is the slog of the journey! Your reflection on food is spot on! Watching other AT bloggers load up on sugar and processed crap, not surprised that weariness, fatique, mental fog/high emotional turmoil are an expected outcome along with the physical demands of Greylock today! WOW!! Next resupply stop, we hope your dietary needs become a self-care luxury and an easy go to on the trail. Also hope you will meet up and hike with Cayote! Hugs to you!
I agree! I believe she is 100% fine now - these videos are a bit delayed and I’m sure she’s re-joined coyote, and everything is fine (and fun) once again.
Hey angel I’ve been watching this hike for a while now but haven’t commented yet - I just want to say that if you do decide to quit the hike that is completely okay! Xxx
I hope you are doing better, Stella. You are almost there. You will love Vermont and the Whites in NH. It's such a beautiful area. Have a wonderful day ❤
Thank you for the kind words. It was an absolute pleasure hosting you. You're doing great and In the home stretch now! I hope you had a great birthday🎉❤
Monica, you are awesome hosting hikers. Such a sweet thing to do for others.
Ur a nice trail angel MM
Good job. She needed you. ♥️
It will be OK. You are doing great! I live in Vermont and it is buggy here. I will look for a glimpse of you when you travel through my area. 🏃🏼♀️
Don't be so hard on yourself, take a break and cry you will feel better.Forget about how many more miles to the end, enjoy the beauty of every mile! 🙂

You deserve it !!!!!!!!! Kudos for being "brave"! Brave you have been and are!
Well said!!
THIS🙌🙌🙌🙌🥰🥰🥰💕💕💕💗💗💗
Meltdown…she’s not a machine, she’s ok, remember Stella delays her videos 7-10 days. Kudos to her revealing her true emotions.
Yeah, likely she’s back with her fiend which is EVERYTHING when you are down on the trail. Being able to share the misery really helps.
@@toejamr1 Spot On…the beauty of this is she is willing to share the laughter as well as the physical and mental toll of her thru hike.
@Navy1977 Yeah, it's like RUclips time, and actual trail time. I just pretend it's real time to eliminate any confusion😊
@@RickINFJ yes, that’s what I do….pretend it’s in real time.
Today happened, tomorrow, yesterday before, space and time, who knows
Wow, what an amazing comment. Everything you said is so true. You’re wise beyond your years.

So hard watching you struggle but thank you for keeping it real and showing ALL of it, the highs and the lows! You are such a champion !!!! ❤
You got this Stella! You have already accomplished what 99.9999% of us can't do or even thinking about doing. You are the best of us!
Man, I’ve cried on the trail and was only doing a day hike. Can’t even imagine doing 85. Cry it out girl, it’s ok! ❤
@Dan of all, that is a very sweet and supporting comment! Hello from Poland 🇵🇱 :))
We love you and behind you all the way, remember your never alone
Don't give up, not for the stories or anyone else, but for yourself. When you get done without quitting, you'll have this to look back on the rest of your life. Any hardships you encounter, you can remember how much harder this was, and you made it through this so you can make it through whatever life throws at you.
You have some big mood swings. Could you maybe get off the trail, spend some time with your friends, get your head straight, then come back and finish the hike?
Girl…. I cried after climbing Hawk Mtn lol! 😂 That was only 8 hrs into my hike on day 1! You’re rocking it & it’s totally ok to cry!
Your almost there....I enjoy your videos. I'm considering doing it next year. Watching your adventure and willingness to reach your goal makes me excited. The end is always the hardest in anything you do. Keep on keep! ❤
My philosophy is
Leave super early
Walk super far
Stop around lunch
Or just after
Take a zero every afternoon
@S. M. 3mph 7hrs 21miles 6am1pm.
No stops just walk. Eat at 1pm.
I haven’t done it so I could be full of
Hot air. Although where I live here in Texas
I walk 9 miles to the next city over and turn around and walk home.
I have so much admiration for you.
sending you all the love and encouragement. You're an inspiration Stella.
Thank you for being so genuine about it all - no one expects you to show us that the AT is a shiny ride. ❤
Ahhh, huggs stella. I am glad she is showing how hard it is. You got this. I never liked dairy. 👣🌻
SAFETY
I love all of the support everyone here gives you.
Lot's of people are following you. ;)
So sorry that you had to go through that tough day. Hopefully you were able to rest and also to catch up with your trail buddy. You got this!
Something that has helped me is to keep a food / health journal. Keep notes on what you ate, and how you feel. When reviewed later you will find correlations to what you ate , and how you felt. ✌️
Hang in there you got this! Go back and read your journal, it will help! I have loved your hiking ♥️
The real challenge of the AT right there. Keep goin'! You've got this!
You are young, strong and intelligent. You will make a good decision I am sure. Perhaps a break to see your loved ones. You only have around 30 days at 20 miles a day, 40 at 15 miles a day which would be like a day off for you, something to think about. We always look forward to seeing your videos.😊
Your channily is CHEERING you Nobo.Go Stella go!!!👍👍👍
Such a beautiful person and soul. Such an inspiration ❤
Cracked me up with that one. LOL. "When in doubt-look for the mud.
a version of "look for the highest peak and that's where you'll be going" I suppose it's true though, the trail's been stomped into a creek no doubt.
Everybody breaks down on the trail. I saw grown men cry their eyes out during my hike. Good luck to you.
Behind on your videos, sorry it was a rough day. Hang in there you are an amazing hiker!
Take a couple of zeroes that may help. You're doing an awesome job keep your focus on the finish line you'll make it.✌
You are so close honey.
If Taylor hones in on that Dunkin’ Donuts cup she’ll catch up to you in no time.
Awe please don't be sad. Your doing amazing. Don't push yourself so hard. What your doing is very very difficult. I hope you can connect with friends soon. We love you.
I'm sorry it was such a hard day. Keeping you in my thoughts and hoping your joy comes back to power your hike again very soon!
Hey!!!
You have passed through life without an opponent-no one can ever know what you are capable of, not even you" -Seneca
You're choosing misfortune.
@23.19 "The only good part about that is that it died, definitely" 😂 thanks for the laugh! hehe
I am a hiker that is restricted in my ability to get out due to having a young family who relies on my income.
That is so true….the numbers do get reversed. Just like in real life.
Wow never thought of it that way.
Hi Stella like to see you navigate the ups & downs along the trail.
Take care ,stay well, and enjoy the trail. Best to you
Sorry, you had a tough day but we (audience) think you're fantastic.
Have a wonderful day ❤
You’re doing great Stella, hang in there. These hardships will develop character. You have several thousand people pulling for you.
You will prevail Stella. The troughs of our hikes are always the lowest before the climb when we feel the highest.
Yeah I follow Taylor too, both yall rocking out some long miles. Another awesome video, thanks for sharing.
at 24:17 the agony of defeat. ugh..life is tough, but ya gotta just take a deep breath and keep going when ur ready. Cheer up, girl, you got this!!!
