I believe the word you're looking for here is "responsible". Living arrangements aside, Earth is overpopulated with Humans anyway, so you're doing the planet a favor by not bringing more on to it. Of course, your argument about not wanting to put them through the same misery your parents have put you through is also perfectly valid. 🙂 So, no, you're not being selfish. You're being reasonable. 🙂
@@hubpandy There are more people like us out there, but the loud majority who can't see past their selfishness simply outnumber and outvote us. 🙂 Personally, I wish I was never born, never brought into this world full of pain and suffering. 😞
@MisterMarin oh I know , trust me I felt that way a lot of times liked why am I even born😅 But now Im just oh it's okay I'll just live my life then wait until I die, we're not gonna be forever here anyway so I'll just ride this out hehe, And sad that we're being outnumbered by ppl that still wants kids😔

I got sisters and they got kids they are married and happy for them they got a good husbands , I love my nieces and nephews, i chose a different path from them and they respect my decision too, after all we're just humans with different perspectives, on the other hand my husband is a great father to his children from his ex, but he agreed to not have kids our own
@AnoonCalrissian my husband understand why I don't want to have a child , and he could make a good dad I know that since his been a great dad to his kids

Having children is never a negative thing as long as you are with the person you're going to spend the rest of your life with in Marriage.
