This treasure is located in the Isle of Dorn at /way 59.63, 24.60. When you get to this location you will see a Lost Mosswool. Click it and he will run away to another location.

The Lost Mosswool will run to this location at /way 59.05, 27.04
1:32 Final Spot
The Lost Mosswool will run to this final spot at /way 59.74, 28.61. Here he will spawn the treasure on top of the rocks which will reward the Lil' Moss Rosy Pet when looted. This pet can't be caged or sold on the Auction House.
*Important Note
If you get to the final spot and you don't see the treasure, someone looted it before you and you will have to wait for it to spawn again. It is not lost.
