We aim to process non settlement applications within 15 working days." Please do you have an idea of what could be the implications of not receiving this email in my visa application for skilled worker visa. Please assist with any info you have pls. Thank you
Did you submit your application yourself? You can track your application progress on the TLScontact website On the TLScontact website, click ‘Provide Documents and Biometrics’ and then ‘Continue’ to be redirected to your account. Choose the option to ‘Track’ which will display the real-time status of your application. Or contact the department in charge of processing visa on gov.uk to ask
You can also call the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) contact centre by telephone on 0300 790 6268 - select option 2 - Monday to Thursday to find out. Sorry mistakenly deleted your second response

The UK immigration laws are like it’s weather, it is always changing and it is making it impossible to plan properly. I still have 3 years before I can apply for ILR… God helps us all
@@FaithOjone he mentioned it in the statement he delivered in parliament. So what now, they will ask all skilled workers already in the UK who are not earning 38k to leave?
Carers are exempt from the rules when it comes to earnings but they are just not allowed to bring in dependents going forward
Even British born are planning to leave UK

To be honest UK has always been like this, we had that for Tier 1 visa in 2012. Thank God my brother took my advice and moved to Canada
The new salary threshold are for those coming or intend to come to the UK, and not for those already in the UK.
