The reason why NEW migrants can achieve so much so quickly is because of the efforts of previous migrants, and because we live in an age of mass amounts of information. I will say migrants do have a different drive compared to those who were born here or came young . It is shocking a Nigerian born person does not want to work, and you said she did not have a disability. There must be something that is not being said by here.
They should have applied ASAP. My husband is Nigerian I am britco, he got his spousal visa in 6 WEEKS!😊 We did not use a lawyer nor did we pay for priority (If anyone needs help hit me up ). I stayed back after our wedding just incase there would be a delay but there was not. I could not do long distance marriage especially as a newly wed!
It seems like the couple did not plan well and there may be other reasons they are omitting.
Faith keep these type of videos coming 😊😊😊

" Why were you not working?".. What an odd question to ask, Faith!. You sound very judgemental. You have clearly not experienced Life!

I get your point! But as long as she doesn't have any health issues or disability there's no excuse not to work! Am sure she would have mentioned it to help her husband's application if there were exceptional circumstances. I work alongside people with disability so there's no excuse and I am giving my opinion based on the information of the case.

@@FaithOjone even being in Nigeria is hard even with our 8-5 job. How much more a place where you have a lot of options and opportunities.
      She's just lazy and entitled.

You are judging her and the British born and people who came here at young age. You dont know what course she did to enable her to get higher salary. Life in the uk is not a competition and everyone have different priorities of what they want.

Okwa it is very easy and straightforward. Why was she not working? A simple calculation as to when she got married shows she was 25. A year before she was 24 maybe just maybe she was still in university and got married after graduation. Maybe they didn’t fully understand the immigration law. How many can comfortably say they were working full time and studying undergrad full time ?
I have a lot to say but I’ll just stop here for now

My sister, you are being too harsh. Let me tell you that the Home Office have rejected people for many reasons, even those that meet the salary threshold. Do not judge people harshly. You don’t know people circumstances. Your video is negative, judgemental and unhelpful.
