Mine at 50 hours and about 750 miles. Few months old. One side had plenty of grease and looked fine. Other was bone dry and axle came out hard. Will probably pull them every 50 hours or atleast 2x a year and pack full of grease.
Man that x3 needed a lot of work to only have 4K miles, it must be rode hard, great learning video, I have a cammander but will definitely be pulling my axles every thousand miles and greasing 👍
Did you change anything else when you went to ibexx? Mine is doing the same rpm drop. Thought maybe belt or just need a good cleaning in the clutches. I'm bum med that this is a problem.
Hey guys love the videos I would love to see you guys do a video on a set of the system 3 500s tires. I know you guys are zilla fans but would to see your thoughts on the system 3s sticky tire. Keep up the great content an hopefully one of these days I will run across you all out on the trail
@@dewainbrown993 thank you. I have seen other reviews on these tires already and they aren’t good enough for us to run judging off others reviews. Zillas are still king for now haha
Was anything else changed with the ibexx clutch? ( belt and or cleaning) My kwi kit is doing the same thing, but worked great when first put in. Debating on Whalen's machining for the clutches, or just buying ibexx. Wish I could do a trade in lol.
@@Blitzed96 I’ve had so many people reach out to me about there clutches doing the same. We’ve tried to dial the kit in but couldn’t get it any closer. I’d just go with ibexx. You will be extremely happy with it.. they told tim he needs to pull it and clean it every couple rides but who wants to deal with that.
@TheCanAmCrew I blow mine out every couple of rides. Do they want the clutches pulled and taken apart to clean? That would be a hassle. If that's the case, I'll be ordering from you.
my rears i found a oring i put on the splines. noticed the fronts had orings on the splines so tried it with the rears XD. let ya know in lik 5k mile lol
@@bobsams737 it really just depends. Sometimes the axles will come out but on this machine they were extremely tough. We ended up using our axle puller. We do have a new design on our website after we had some request it. With the new design the shaft can stay intact.
I'm just over 4k , right rear not driving, im guessing final drive also , you guys get any discounts on the part or recommend ware to purchase, and hopefully the axles will be good ,or also replace them ? Getting ready to tear into mine

Great build videos love all the little details when doing repairs an maintenance..
Great job as always
I have one coming soon simple weight one tool and I’m Ibexx fan
You always do a great job explaining everything. Keep it up.
I love how Tim’s machine looks, i am really digging the skid plate doors (minus the auto open feature). Just an awesome build all the way around.
@@MrEsimmons178 haha, we fixed the auto open issue so we should be good on that for while.
Yep the doors are all good to go now 😆

I have 2300 engagement with my STM Clutches. Cant say i like it. I had it dialed in on Whalens dyno. Ive gotten use to it lol

😆😆
Excited for the yxz cage and especially ready to see that fender delete on the rzr
I would be so embarrassed bringing my machine to someone to repair without washing it first.
My kwi kit always did the same and couldnt tune it out, hit rpm and than drop 4-500rpm, ibexx 💪

@ yes. They told him that they need pulled and cleaned. Especially the float mod was to be pulled cleaned and greased.
